About graze.com

Written by the company

Since 2008, seven friends (and a few helpers!) have been reinventing snacking, one delicious nibble at a time.

We all love food and wanted to get a lot more out of our snacking. So we started inventing snacks that showed off health's more pleasurable side, and working on the best way to get them to busy foodies like us.

We've now catered to over 5,000,000 grazers across both sides of the pond (graze USA est. 2013) - and as of summer 2015, we're in stores in the UK too!

Aside from snacks, we're also proud founders of our very own charity. We're passionate about where food comes from, including the impact on the people involved. When graze was started, so was the graze School of Farming, made to support and develop a sustainable farming community in rural Uganda.

Extremely poor and absolutely ripped off!

Food was very low quality for what was premium pricing. Ordered for 15, the quantity delivered wouldn't feed 7 - No contact number to call and help resolve. Would not recommend or use again - I called Nila's Burmese Kitchen on Trafford park, who very quickly arranged additional food.

Quality Guarantee...

Tried contacting them for their so called "Quality Guarantee" as advertised on their packs, I bought from Sainsbury's. Completely stale and inedible, still full and sat on my desk. They did get back asking for a repeat of what I had already given them - description of issue and lot number etc. from the pack. I said I couldn't take a photo of a taste, but sent them a couple of piccies anyway. 2 weeks later and nothing, another email to them and nothing. Terrible customer service. Not a cheap product, I want them to refund or replace. Misleading claims of a guarantee says go to website then gives you no information.

I would give 4 stars for taste but a…

I would give 4 stars for taste but a company that apparently prides itself on all natural ingredients then used 'natural flavouring' is just plain trying to hide something.

I googled 'What are natural flavourings?' Natural flavouring is an industry term for substance extracts derived from plants, animals, or microorganisms (fruits, vegetables, spices, bark, meat, etc.) through heat or chemical processing to enhance taste [5.5, 5.8]. While sourced from nature, they are often heavily processed and manufactured in labs—functionally identical to artificial flavours but "naturally" sourced

And there you go folks it's full of crap like nearly every other product on the market.

Bad taste Graze Chilli and Lime Nuts

I used to really enjoy Graze Chilli and Lime, but something has seriously changed. The taste is now awful. The nuts tasted completely off, almost rotten and had a very unpleasant smell last few packs. It’s a shame because it used to be a go-to snack, but I’ll be avoiding this from now on.

Graze Cherry Oat Boosts are disgusting

I bought a packet of Graze Cherry Bakewell Oat Boosts. They are disgusting and after trying two, I have thrown the rest of the packet away, having literally had to spit them out of my mouth. They taste stale and rancid, as if the ingredients were stale before they were made. The best before date is 29 April 2026, so they are in date.

I gave it 2 stars because it’s tasty

I gave it 2 stars because it’s tasty! Otherwise it’s not healthy as it looks like. You should read the ingredients and very sweet. End on the day 4 bits and the price is just a rip off. Only now after reading what’s in it I gave it up. Waitrose 2.75 other place 2.90 yes can be on sale also ! Not value for money and not healthy!

Deceptive packaging...

I came on here to report deceptive packaging on 'graze oat boosts' and found two virtually identical complaints on the first page. As 'HA Customer' points out, by the time you get through the box and the individual wrappers, the actual product is two bites, at best.
I really don't know why companies do this. Yes, they save money, but they must also lose customers in the process. Indeed, I will never buy another 'graze' product.

Deceptive packaging - small portions

Very deceptive packaging compared to the size of the actual product. The outer box only actually half filled, and then the wrapper for the individual oat bar product around 30% larger than the bar inside. Disappointing and consequently very expensive for the portion sizr

Don't buy, flapjack is a 5cm x 4cm. !

Graze 'oat boosts' flapjacks are all packaging and very little product. Each 'bar' measures 5cm x 4cm which is one bite. The box measures 14cm x 11.5cm x 4cm deep, suggesting it contains bars longer than 5cm. Great if you are dieting except they are packed with sugar. I will definitely not purchase this brand again! What a con!
