I booked a one-hour pedicure that was supposed to include a short foot massage.

Plot twist: the treatment was over after just 20 minutes.

There was no foot soak to soften the skin, no proper nail care, and the calluses were only treated with an electric file. Despite the uncomfortable treatment, there are still several areas with enough hard skin left to make you wonder what the pain was for in the first place.

Long story short: a definite no from me. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this pedicure.

Very good deals. And they are not scam, they actually work.

My ordered Product was delivered demaged and i want to cancel the füll Order by Groupon and the Return of my Money to my Credit Card. Since 2 weeks Groupon didnt Accept the canceling of the Sale and Order in time. I feel and belive Groupon will not Accept the gulty law and nessesary customer servive

Again Groupon cashed in 4 coupons when only used 3 disgusting and no customer service. 7 taken now

Well twice now I have been let order sets of travel suitcases, paid in full for days later to receive a message stating money being refunded. Never give an explanation or apology, why can they take payment for something they do not have, then the customer has to wait for the refund. Trading Standards should be monitoring this practice and fining company’s that continually take payment for orders they cannot fulfil. I definitely will not use Groupon again and advise people be very weary of ordering off them.

So it was my boyfriends birthday and i wanted to take him to "klunkenkranich" for the sunset, i heard a lot about Groupon and thought to scroll on it for a last minute quick dinner option thats also near to the bar. i downloaded the app and found this coupon from "Bon Délice - Ăn Vặt Ba Miền" at Torstraße 207, 10115 Berlin. The coupon clearly mentioned 2 noodle bowls with a drink each and the same coupon is still on the app with the same description and on a reduced price now from what i actually paid. The staff at the restaurant refused to include a drink, the lady manager was extremely rude charged us extra for 1 drink. The Groupon management must verify the deals before and responsibly allow trustworthy businesses only; to advertise on the app. My first experience was pathetic, i have tried to contact the customer service team as well but received no positive reply as yet.

Bad Service an bad Item

I want to return the product, it has been a week, seller has not responded. And groupon chat agents give a standard response that issue will be resolved in 24 hours, but nothing. Fake company and website with no real customer service.

Fast and reliable processing of the order

It was the first time I bought software for my new MacBook Pro M5 on Groupon.
Shopping was easy and pricing o. k.

I dont know where should i start from.

Biggest Red Flag is that you have to pay in advance and get service after payment. That means if something goes wrong, you can forget your money.

I bought a Car inspection Coupon.
Workshop did half of the work , didn't fill inspection book and for the rest work asked money. When i refused, they stopped replying me.
I reached customer service who wanted to give me 20% Saving voucher for the next Buy and thats it.

Please avoing this Plattform.
They are doing scams in a very sophisticated designed way together with service providers.

I am extremely frustrated with Groupon. I paid for a service that was never provided, and Groupon flat-out refused to give me a refund. Their customer service is a joke-there is absolutely no way to reach a real person. All they offer is an automated chat that goes in circles and provides zero actual help.

It feels impossible to resolve even the simplest issue, and it's clear they are not interested in supporting their customers when something goes wrong. I strongly warn anyone considering Groupon: if your purchase doesn't go perfectly, you will be stuck with no service, no refund, and no way to talk to a human being.

groupon is selling voucher for web pages which are obsolete

I paid under Groupon label the Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024 desktop software, for 157€. They never delivered the link nor the licence code. I even intervened via Paypal because I was distrusting Groupon a bit. Groupon rejected nevertheless the payback of the amount but didn't send code and license. I have been trying to get the software from Jan 29 until Mar 30, 2026, but never got it. They didn't react to my questions at all.
Very bad experience, not recommendable at all, will never buy s.th. there again.

It was so fun and original!! I have not felt like this in a long time. It was soo funny and I will recommend this to every single friend!! I will definitely come again. Thanks to the team for the warm welcome and the good service. 😂😂😂

After falling for a fraud who sold faulty products, the groupon support did nothing else than shrugging it off.
Hours wasted on emails with the vendor and the groupon support, yet no refund in sight yet, but the faulty product is still on sale.

Ordered a bed just after Christmas was told the company it was coming from was closed till the new year but the bed arrived 2 day later. The frame was great but the slats were unplanned wood and not fit for purpose.l emailed Groupon and got a standard AI reply back. Tried phoning customer service but there is no number .Emails are AI generated and after about sending 10 of them all telling me there was nothing wrong with the slats they have worn me down and the bed is in a spare room just as it was delivered to Me in pieces. I have ordered countless small things from Groupon. this was my first big purchase and I must say it will be the last.I am eighty and can use a computer but the frustration of speaking to a robot is to much for me I am fed up with asking it to get me human to speak to. Sorry Groupon but I will never use you again.
