I could save 1000 DKK just by buying a cheap and useful hammer drill from it. It also recommended things that I forgot to note down, so I was so happy. Delivery and everything was good.

First order did not go fully but got…
First order did not go fully but got order receipt etc. completed again second time and got different order number and order notification. When order delivered found manf box damaged and damaged psrts inside but box damage didn’t seem to match part damage. Shipping box had no damage. Had to drive to Esbjerg store to exchange for replacement. Contacted customer services afterwards and at least you refunded the delivery charge which was good. Suggest you need to look at manufactures and you own warehouse quality controls to learn from this experience.

One of the bicycle delivered was defective. Reported to Customer Service immediately but was only offered with some refund and ask me to fix or to ask to fix somewhere. There is no offer to replace and it is quite troublesome as I havd to find someone to fix, which for me waste of my time. The amount refunded is just enough to fix the bicycle. But the trouble of finding and bring the bike fo repair shop is really troublesome. I was very disappointed.
Hope customer are given options and product is being checked before delivering to customer.

Delivery services not good.
I placed a delivery order as I don't have a car and I can't lift heavy things. But the delivery person left the wooden palette with the order at the main gate. Now I have to pay for taxi to drop off the wooden palette to the bulk waste location.

When you order a large shipment, it is delivered by our freight carrier, Danske Fragtmænd. Due to the size and weight of the goods, the driver is only able to deliver the shipment on the wooden pallet and place it at a location where it is safely and practically accessible for the delivery vehicle.
