Friendly and helpful staff
I regularly like to go into my hmv and this time i went in to get certain items i managed to find all but one and when I asked the staff looked it up and informed me that its out of stock which is why i couldn’t find it in store but thankfully they were able to order it in from the warehouse.
I also inquired about a sold out funko pop on there website that had just been released and they couldn’t find it on the system and said it must have been a warehouse exclusive item but they still looked in the back for me just incase they had some in the back.
Unfortunately they did not but i appreciated the fact they looked for me.
