Disappointing

Disappointed as I Paid £11.99 for next day delivery and they didn’t deliver the following day. As I could’ve just got the same in store but now I have to wait with no refund on next day delivery

Online price was more expensive than in…

Online price was more expensive than in the shop. Also the price of postage compared to delivery time frame is expensive. I can spend 99p more through a work supplier for a similarly sized and weighted package and it'll arrive the next day. I have to wait 3-5 working days and unbelievably its through Evri of all delivery companies. This can be better!

extreme horrible online customer service i paid for an online return label payment gone but no label came when i talked to customer services they asked for proof of payment and they said payment is pending 😡

Hello

Hello, Great to have more réponse on any cancellations after a new orders at least frequent customers deserves so..

Also, DHL delivery is way better and easy compared to any other ones that didn’t give too smooth deliveries..

Great if same is mentioned before the sale so as people can know to place order on not as just been informed that my new order being delivered by sky news. Let’s see

Excellent customer service from Devonn

Excellent customer service from Devonn, Customer Service Manager. He is taking the time to properly look into my case, taking ownership of the issue and showing genuine commitment throughout the process. His communication, professionalism and willingness to help really stand out. I hope the issue is fully resolved soon, but regardless, the dedication and care he is showing throughout this case deserve recognition. I believe the best review I can give is simply to recognise the commitment and care he is showing.
