The multi tool came very quick next day the tool was just what I needed but not all the accessories were there have contacted customer service they are trying to find them and send out to me but waiting for new stock to come in they were very apologetic

A good experience-
I ordered online which was very quick and easy to do and was told when it was ready for collection. It was easy to park and the store was lovely, clean and spacious . Prices were very competitive and the young man that served me was friendly and polite. He even offered to carry my parcel out to the car for me ( I am an OAP ), but I'm quite a strong old bird and told him thanks but no thanks. All in all a very good experience and will definitely recommend to family and friends.
