Reliable on quality & reasonably priced
Jackson’s have a wide range of products & sometimes a few good deals. I’ve ordered my art supplies a few times & I have been very satisfied over all from ordering to delivery & of course the quality of the goods. I live in the UK & maybe that makes a difference. Not sure why it should, but I can’t fault Jackson’s & I will continue to purchase from them. Very happy 👍

give yourself a nicely wrapped present
moved back to the UK from Ireland some years back. The local art shops were very limited. Turned to Jackson's online. Have bought everything I needed from there, ever since. 40 orders in, and not a single glitch. Excellent service and wonderful packing - from big canvases to a few tubes and a pencil sharpener. They clearly enjoy their work.

Following my order of 7 crayon pencils, the package arrived containing only 1 item. I have contacted Customer Services and have sent a photo as requested.
Hopefully I will receive the missing items shortly but have not heard any further.

Everything arrives quickly and well packaged , I discovered Holbein acrylic paint from reading a review on Jacksons site , and ordered several , now its my favourite brand , some of the colours I've never seen anywhere else , and the quinacrodine gold is the most incredible colour I think I ever used gorgeous alone and so versatile mixed , I am very impressed with Jacksons stock

Fabulous service, 2nd to none!
When my package didn't arrive as expected thanks to Evri I called Jackson's and spoke to Charlotte. She quickly sorted the issue and expedited a replacement that arrived the next day allowing me to complete a project on time. You couldn't ask for better service. The original package eventually appeared and would have been too late. I've since returned it.
I've just been looking down the reviews and everyone seems to love Jackson's except when the delivery company Jackson's use lets them and the customer down. When will companies like Jackson's realise that crappy delivery, I'm thinking Evri, effect your reputation. Stop using these awful (non)delivery services.

All mayerial are fabulous!
Excellent customer service. One sheet was missing from my order, and after I contacted them, they quickly sent a replacement. I was genuinely impressed by how kindly and professionally they handled such a small issue. It made a real difference to me and gave me a lot of confidence in ordering from them again. Highly recommended

I ordered a whole sheet of fabriano paper for my coloured pencil work, hoping it was everything I was led to believe it was; simply put, it was, and more so. Thanks to a tip from a pet portrait artist I ordered this and was not in the least disappointed. It came in a large box, beautifully packed to avoid damage, and very promptly as well. This is now my go to paper and supplier, I am a forever customer now!
