I was really impressed with Jonas. They came to inspect our apartment to give a clear and accurate quote beforehand, and they were really quick and easy to communicate with in the run up to the move. On the day, the guys were incredibly efficient and professional. It was a really good experience.

A big thank you to Cristian and Robert for helping us move from Denmark to Sweden. They both worked very hard and fast. We appreciate the expert care and effort they gave us. It was a pleasure to work with Jonas moving company!!!

Professional moving job. The guys were efficient, careful and knew what they were doing the whole time. I needed some furniture moved through the balcony using a lift and it went like a breeze. Special thanks also to Bo in the back office for helping coordinate all of this after some hiccups from my end.

Not the cheapest offer that I had but good, reliable service. We had a damaged lamp during the move and the insurance claim was handled professionally. That is how it should be.

Unfortunately the Experience was not one I could recommend.

We have used Jonas twice and I have to add the first time was great, but it seems standards have dropped significantly.

We moved house recently and they completed our move. They started with 4 people but in the end we only had 2. The new place is a very old Copenhagen apartment, they remarked time and time again it was the most difficult move they had ever done and huffed and puffed they were only 2.

Clearly they lost interest as despite clearly marking on each box it stated which room each box should be moved to... Most of the boxes were left on the 1st floor so they could avoid taking the stairs. So this was not great.

We then noted the bed legs had been lost, since then I have been trying to follow up with the company, to the point they will not help. Now we spent 15,000 DKK on this move, so its a sizeable amount for which I will add Jonas are not the cheapest.

They now highlight because I packed the bed legs (I packed everything) I was not covered by the insurance, although these bed legs are lost by them....

They have since sent me pictures of 2 different sets of bed legs (Which is evident they lose things all the time) and will not reimburse me for my bed which has been left defunct by them losing that box....

Overall a bad experience. A company I would implore you to avoid.

We were recommended Jonas by a colleague at work. Unfortunately they didn’t live up to expectations.
Firstly the move took longer than planned because they had failed to secure access to the street with the kommune as originally planned and requested, which meant 45 minutes of lost time at the start of the move whilst the removal guys tried their best to manoeuvre the lorry around some impossible turns.
After that things went a bit more smoothly until they damaged some the window frames getting items in and out of the new location and also took a chunk out of one of the interior walls. Finally, to top it off, they lost a curtain rail during the move, or failed to find it in the van which meant no curtains in our 3 yr olds bedroom during the first night (Friday).
We also had a handyman service, which was great BUT we requested that the Jonas handyman pick a new curtain rail up from Ikea on his way to finish off some other jobs for us on the Saturday morning, which he was very helpful in doing. Unfortunately, Jonas now think it is fair to charge us for that travel and collection time despite the fact that it was them that lost the original curtain rail in the first place. How can we be charged for something that would not have occurred and it not been for the failure of the company in the first place?!
A shame because the handymen were great and the two “leaders” on the removal team did a great job with the lorry despite the fact that the appropriate colleague had not arranged for the street to be reserved in advance. Of course, you expect some scuffs and knocks during a move but those coupled with these other two issues have left us with a poor experience unfortunately.

I moved from a third floor apartment (no elevator) to an apartment on the sixth floor of a new building. Rasmus and Nicklas arrived and set me at ease right away. I was stressed about the move, but they took care of everything and it went very well. The lift on the truck was fantastic. It meant almost everything went through the window and down on the lift at my old place. At my new place everything came up on the truck lift to the sixth floor. The service was excellent, and the guys were stars. Hard workers and really nice people.
