Horrible service. Do not use this shop!

It might not be a demand by law to do cash returns, but it is nevertheless horrible service not to. I was not informed when I purchased the item and when returning the item I was told that your return policy was noted in the fine print on the receipt. During the purchase I explained that I would bring it home to evaluate the product. No one told me of your return policy. Flexibility would have been to give me my money back. This kind of behavior is dishonest.

Do not give them the benefit of doubt!

Great shop, I bought a bike and they did price match. I ordered it online and was able to go pick it up in one of their shops. They assembled it for me and were very nice :)

Great customer service, fast delivery.

When I went to collect my new bike, I noticed that the paint was heavily damaged. After I managed to convince the employee there, that it was not dirt but an actual damage, they ordered a new bike for me. (no apologies whatsoever). The new bike was supposed to be ready after two days, but it arrived only 4 days after and a few phone calls to remind them about it. Well, once home, I went for a ride and I was hearing a strange noise coming from the front wheel. Guess what? They forgot to properly screw the wheel to the frame...and I risked to lose the wheel while riding the bike! If you need a new bike, look elsewhere!

Just bought a mountain bike from the Lyngby shop to replace the one I got stolen.
Really good service; friendly, knew what he was talking about, got the bike ready the same afternoon.
Have used the bike for a couple of weeks now - love it!

We got our cycle delivered by the shop manager himself from Billund all the way to Ishøj and that too on a Sunday. Fully assembled cycle at the door within two days(including weekend) what more can someone expect. amazing experience and we are definitely loyal customers to them now.. our daughter is really happy for her bicycle. Thanks a lot.. you guys rock.. keep up the good work.

Absolutely horrible service and experience. I saw the very bad reviews online, but I thought I was just buying a new bike and ignored them. DON'T DO THIS! I bought a new e-bike, and the battery was burnt after two weeks. Recognising the issue, the store promised to order a replacement battery. Three weeks (and several phone calls) after, they tried to give me a clearly used battery for replacement, while claiming it was new. After showing the obvious marks of usage on the replacement battery to another employee, he simply replaced it with the battery of another bike that was for sale there, and gave me that one instead. So i had to wait 3 weeks and spend money on commuting only to get something that was in the shop available all along. Surely, a shop to be avoided.
