Very disappointing experience
I ordered a mirror from this store at the beginning of July, as the website stated that delivery would take 5–7 days.
After more than a week with no updates, I contacted customer service myself and told me that the information on the website was incorrect and that the mirror would actually only be available about a month later.
I was not offered any compensation, discount or alternative, but I decided to wait. I was specifically told that the mirror would definitely be available on August 10.
August 10 came — and the mirror did not arrive. After that, the delivery date was moved day after day. I had to stay home on several occasions expecting the delivery, only to have it postponed again.
When I contacted customer service again, I was simply told that it appeared the mirror was actually out of stock.
So instead of the promised 5–7 day delivery, I spent more than a month and a half waiting, planning around multiple delivery dates, and contacting customer service myself — only to find out in the end that the product was not available at all.
What is especially disappointing is how this was handled. At no point was I offered an alternative product, compensation, a discount, or even a proper solution.
I completely understand that stock or logistics problems can happen. What I find unacceptable is the lack of accurate information and the way the situation was handled.
I would strongly recommend checking the actual availability before placing an order and not relying on the delivery times stated on the website.

Unfortunately, the information regarding the availability and delivery time of the mirror has been very poor in this case. We were repeatedly assured by the manufacturer that the mirror would be available and that we would receive it in stock. Based on these updates, we passed the expected delivery dates on to you. Sadly, the information we received from the manufacturer turned out to be incorrect.
We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for more than a month, especially when the expected delivery date was postponed several times and you had planned around those dates.
We sincerely apologize that we were unable to provide you with accurate information and a better solution along the way. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.
As a small gesture of apology for the inconvenience and the time you have spent waiting, we will be sending you a little something from us. We know it cannot make up for the experience, but we hope it shows that we genuinely regret how this order turned out.
Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused.

Poor delivery
Although free shipping , the item got stocked in the warehouse. Seller telling me that warehouse need my info and warehouse telling me to contact seller. A complete mess and lack of support, resulting on asking for a cancelation.

25% gybr for Retur Varer …
Everything is good until we requested for a return of our order. As the ordered products are too small for using by us, so we contacted the company and requested for a return. Their customer services told suggested us to keep/use them instead of return. As they were using another depot for storing this product, so they need to charge us 25% fees for returning the items.
I was carefully checking their website regarding this returning issue, and there was no where state about charging fees and etc. Just remind the other consumers for the same returning isssue!

Jeg har nu set jeres mailkorrespondance med vores kundeservice igennem.
I skriver, at I har bestilt nogle kasser i en forkert størrelse og ønsker at returnere dem.
For en sikkerhedsskyld, har jeg undersøgt, om størrelsen er angivet korrekt på hjemmesiden, og det er den – både størrelse i cm. og indhold i liter.
Jeg har desuden undersøgt, om det fremgår, at der ved erhvervskøb er et gebyr på 25%, for at returnere en vare til vores lager. Det fremgår i Handelsbetingelserne, som er tilgængelig fra alle sider på hjemmesiden, samt vedhæftet i den ordrebekræftelse, I fik tilsendt, da I bestilte jeres varer.
Gebyret dækker de udgifter vi har i forbindelse med pakning og forsendelse af produkterne samt igen ved at få lagt dem på lager.
Justmore.dk er en E-handel mærket webshop og er blevet gennemgået af jurister, som bl.a. har sikret sig, at oplysninger om fortrydelse er tydelige.
Vores kundeservice har sendt adressen, som du skal sende kasserne retur til. Så snart vi modtager dem, sender vi en kreditnota til dig.

Fast delivery and good quality!

advertised as in stock but actually out of stock, resulting in a 1 week delay
Ordered some ballpens being advertised as "in stock" and "1 to 2 days delivery times". Called them a week later when there was still no shipment advertised and was notified that the ballpens had been out of stock but should be delivered 2 days later. I asked them to improve the integration between the stock system and the website to avoid making false claims.
Later they commented on trustpilot that it was never advertised as in stock but always as custom order ("bestillingsvare"). The expected delivery according to their website is now the 20th of september, 3 weeks after I sent my order. So I cancelled with JustMore and ordered them im amazon.de with free delivery in 4 days.

Dog kan jeg se i vores systemet, at de kuglepenne du har bestilt, aldrig har stået til at være på lager, med en leveringstid på 1-2 dage. Disse kuglepenne er en "Bestillingsvare", som vi først bestiller hjem til vores lager, når vi modtager en bestilling på dem.
Både på webshoppen, samt i den ordrebekræftelse vi har sendt til dig, står der også en "Forventet leveringsdato".
Jeg kan dog se, at vi havde forventet at kunne levere dine kuglepenne d. 1/9-2021. Men desværre har producenten ikke leveret dem til vores lager, på den dato de havde oplyst os. Her vil jeg gerne beklage over for dig, at vi ikke har opdaget, at der har været forsinkelse på din levering, så vi hurtigt kunne sende den information videre til dig. Det er helt klart en fejl fra vores side. Producenten Pilot har nu givet os en ny forventet leveringsdato med levering d. 14/9-2021.

However, I can see in our system that the pens you have ordered have never been in stock, with a delivery time of 1-2 days. These pens are a " Bestillingsvare ", which we only order for our warehouse, when we receive an order for them.
Both in the web shop, as well as in the order confirmation we have sent you, we have informed that it is a " Forventet leveringsdato ".
However, I can see that we had expected to be able to deliver your pens 1/9-2021. But unfortunately the manufacturer did not deliver them to our warehouse on the informed date. Here I would like to apologize to you, that we did not discovered that there was a delay in the delivery of your order. Normally we would quickly pass on the information to you. This is clearly a mistake on our part. The manufacturer Pilot has now given us a new " forventet leveringsdato " with delivery 14/9-2021.
