Terrible experience with this bed frame. The screws provided are not suitable, and there aren’t enough of them. The design also doesn’t fit properly. After fixing and tightening the screws several times, one of the screws came out of the large hole because it could not secure properly. The frame does not feel stable or well-designed, and the provided screws and fittings need to be improved.

Save your money and your sanity. This net is engineered with the cheapest, flimsiest materials possible.
The segmented support poles have zero locking tolerance and slip apart right in the middle the second you put them under the slightest bit of tension to raise the frame. You can spend an hour fighting to get the arch up, only for an internal joint to separate inside the sleeve, instantly collapsing the entire structure.
Having to pull the poles back out and duct-tape the ferrules together just to get a brand-new product to stand upright is pathetic. Total design failure, garbage quality control, and an absolute waste of time. Look elsewhere if you actually want equipment that functions as advertised out of the box.

Misrepresented items, zero returns
They misrepresented a product we sold to our customers, and when we sought refund/return it was refused. VidaXL advertises one thing and sends you another. It took weeks to get response and rather than admit they made false claims in their listing, they blame the buyer for “changing their mind.”

The item was nothing like the product photo. Severely inferior product than what was advertised. It was a waste of my time and money.
The fact that the website does not have user reviews for their products makes sense now, as I would never have bought it if others had reviewed it before me.

I love how solid the plant stand is
I love how solid the plant stand is. I bought it for a mobile air conditioner and it is so firm it carries it very well. The size is also perfect, not too wide but enough for the purpose. My daughter took a couple of hours to set it up. Highly recommend.

The worst webshop with the worst CS
I ordered 3 products, they arrived 2 days later than expected, all of them are really low quality and not like in the description. I bought 2 lamps from them, which could be shortened according to their website. Nothing in the manual, the customer service closed my ticket 2 times without even replying. Even Temu is better than this crap.

Site is incorrect
I had ordered two chairs, but after paying received an email that the chairs could not be delivered and I will get a refund within 10 days. However, when I look at the site of VidaXL those particular chairs are still available according to the site. This makes it impossible to make a new order since information on the site is not reliable.

A Frustrating Start, a Positive Resolution…
My first (and only) experience with this company was mixed. I ordered a bed, but it never arrived. It got lost in transit and was eventually returned to the warehouse.
After I left a very negative review and contacted them to request a refund, they got in touch quickly and processed the refund without delay. A few weeks later, they even followed up to make sure I had received it.
So while the delivery experience was disappointing, I can't fault their customer service. They handled the issue promptly and professionally once I got in touch.

I purchased a carpet from this company
I purchased a carpet from this company, which advertised it with false images (3D renders more precisely). When confronted the seller initially refused to accept the return. When they re-accepted the return they refused to pay for the shipping charges to return the item. Clearly this was when the item was sold under false pretences with false images, which under EU law should have been clearly indicated. The seller, on more than one occasion, tried to deceive or deny the clear difference between the actual product and their imagery and also tried to justify their false images until they finally accepted the images were not real.

I would not recommend this online shop because it's a nightmare it's not easy to return . I bought a brown garden shed and it's not sturdy, very thin products and easy to bend and dents. It's useless so I throw It.

poor quality products and a return cost that makes refunds worthless
I ordered something that cost 15 euros, it turned up late and it was of such poor quality that it was unusable.
When I looked into the returns procedure I found that it would cost me 10 euros to return it, so I'm now out of pocket.
Wouldn't recommend them at all.
