Scuba Order # 10388177-1

I ordered a snorkel set from scuba.com
I ordered a snorkel set from scuba.com. The first time I used it, the fin strap was too loose and it kicked off in the water. I live on a lake where the visibility under water is not so good. Unfortunately, I could not find it. I was surprised to learn that it did not float. But the very good news is that when I called scuba.com and explained the situation, they were extremely accommodating and not only send me one new fin, but a set of two new fins without a big hassle. Very Impressed!

Worse Internet Buying Experience Ever
What a joke, took my money through PayPal twice, delivered no product, PayPal & my bank showed payment received, this company said never got, had to file complaint with PayPal to get my money back. Ordered from Leisure Pro, heard from Scuba.com and Sunnysports.com. Who exactly is the company? Will never order from again.
Buyers Beware: "Easy and Risk Free" return policy are empty words.
Bought 6mm Seac boots for friend. They arrived and I removed them from their clear bag and removed tags. Gave them to friend days later. They were too big. Called for an exchange. Was told to send them back. I paid the return shipping. Recieved an email saying they were "used" and that I did not rate an exchange. New boots!!! Used because I didn't have the clear bag and tags that came with them. Told me to pay shipping to get them back. Boots my friend or I can't use. "EASY AND RISK FREE" returns are empty words on this company's website. Buyers Beware! I will not buy from them again and will tell my expansive dive network to avoid them as well. Terrible company, terrible customer service.
They claim to have the best return…
They claim to have the best return policy out there but you have to pay return shipping. Personally I would use Amazon. Just take returns to your local whole foods free of charge.
Bad Customer Service
Ordered a $1,200 dive rig. Paid with credit card. Leisure Pro would not ship anywhere but my credit card billing address. Called Customer service, Very Very rude. They would not help. Stated this was their policy. Bought items elsewhere (with same credit card). I would stay away from this company.
Not shipping to Australia anymore
Suddenly they are not shipping to Australia ( Jan 2021 ) but will not explain why or when they will !
Yes you can use an onforwarding service but that almost doubled the freight cost and made the purchase uneconomical.

Great place to buy scuba gear back in the day.
I used to buy a lot of scuba gear from these guys back when I was diving a lot.
Service was good, prices were awesome, and lots of products.
I dont dive now so am not sure but no doubt the postage costs have risen (I live in Australia), as with most US companies. And they have to compete with Ebay and Amazon now.
Spent thousands of dollars, and I've always been happy
I have ordered thousands of dollars of diving equipment from Leisure Pro and they have always been very good about sending me what I ordered and making sure it's right. Their prices are also very competitive and they match competitors' prices if you can find something for less.
Always, OK almost always, there is an issues with an order
They're competitive with Amazon (very good prices) but the shipping dept. serious suck. They sent me the wrong dive knife...then I had to send it back get the right one. The sent me the wrong size... then I had to send it back and reorder... they back-ordered an item which held up the shipping on the other two items (needed for the next dive trip) and never let me know... a few days before leaving to Bonaire I called and they told me that the order was held up and would ship the next week! I need to pay $35 for two-day shipping. They seriously need to get their shipping department in order.
Excellent company!
Excellent customer service, unbeatable prices, this is my favorite company to buy from. I would recommend this company to anyone. I have all my friends buying from them now and we are all so happy to do business with them.
Speedy despatch
I ordered a wetsuit in the UAE and this wonderful company had it with me in three days! Very pleasant people to buy from. Heartily recommend.
