I couldn’t get one at Christmas from a supplier and I wanted one for my daughter as she had admired mine.

Easy to order and excellent quality and delivery was quick ,very pleased with sheets.

I ordered 3 things only received one only got a refund for one item still waiting on a refund for the other item nearly 2 weeks ago

Placed my order 3 weeks ago. Still has not been received. Asked for a refund, no response to my email.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 4 x cushion covers twice only one package has come they told me they had proof of the deliveries but despite me asking multiple times for this it has not been forthcoming. Cushions in the photo on there website showed in gold the colour I wanted but they arrived in orange I didn’t notice this on my order as picture clearly showed a gold cushion not an orange one. I want to return the first package and be refunded for the second package that has not arrived but am being ignored. Worried that if I pay for the return I won’t be refunded looking at other reviews and will be completely out of pocket.

Wanted some cushions to match my new colour scheme. Saw the lovely leopard ones. I ordered them, but when they came they weren't what I thought. When I checked the website, they had the same picture for 2 of the colour descriptions. However, the ones that came, that were mostly green, with fuchsia, actually go very well. Delivered quickly.

Easy to find what you want on the website and straight forward to order at a great price. Parcel delivered on time and well packed. Duvet is great for this time of year 4.5 tog being lightweight but still cosy. Very pleased that the king size duvet does completely fill the king size cover. Previous duvets I've purchased from elsewhere have been annoyingly smaller.

I placed an order on 17 April and 18 days later I still haven't received it. The website states standard delivery is made within 3 - 4 working days (These items were required for visitors staying the bank holiday weekend). I intially made contact on 21 April when I saw Evri couriers were delivering as we hardly receive any items when they are due to deliver, I received a reply to say they would look into changing courier and get back to me - never received a reply, again the wesbite says they use Evri, Royal Mail & DPD. Eventually on 28 April I was informed my order had gone missing in transit and a replacement would be sent (again I asked for a different courier company to be used)...we are now on 05 May and I still haven't received any of the items and it would appear Evri is being used again. I will not be using this company again, and customer service is dreadful.

Placed my order, received an email with parcel tracking details, then received an email saying my money was being refunded, no reason or explanation. I have received the refund however the.product I ordered it still available ke tomorser on the website. I have been in touch with customer service who said they will look into this, still waiting for a reply weeks later... would not recommend this company

Great value and excellent service

The towels had the wrong information about them. They said it was cotton towels. BUT! they had nylon within the mix. Which generates static electricity and gave my wife a shock when she dried them in a tumble dryer. This will never happen with cotton towels. This is why she wanted cotton towels in the first place.
