Simple online ordering, with good email communications regarding my order. Unfortunately, of the 12 plugs ordered, half had been shaken out of the plant tray whilst in transit, was able to rescue all of them and all have now been planted out and are growing.

Plants arrived looking nice and healthy next day
Went away for 3days leaving plants on utility window sill inside watered
Come back and one tray of plants stripped by little diddy caterpillars so hoping the remainder now planted outside thrive

package with care really

the package had been crushed when it was delivered . the box was open. the plants was upside down. 4 plants were broken in 2 . 5 were damaged but i planted them and since have died. the website say packaged with care

There was nothing wrong with the plants we received - the big let down was the delivery by Evri. Once again the box had been upside down and severely damaged in transit, the result being that all the contents were out of their containers and a lot of them damaged.

Unfortunately we cannot continue to buy plants from you while Evri is still making your deliveries.

The first hydrangea arrived in beautiful condition and was larger than we expected so we ordered a second one. The second delivery was not as good, the plant had been with Evri for several days and because it was wrapped in a paper bag instead of polythene it was very dry. Fortunately it has recovered with soaking.

Delivered properly. I was surprized how small the box was but all was well and they (plants) peeked back at me. Ahhh. Looking good. 😉

An excellent customer service as always and high quality products at a fair price.

Issues with delivery service and plants poor.

I received a response from Marshalls stating that they had sent a replacement of my order, however, "The Replacement" is because my original order did not arrive.

The quality reference is about "The Replacement".

Received the ordered plugs in excellent condition. Potted them up and pleased with the very healthy plants. Highly recommend

The packaging was very poor split boxes and the plants were out of their containers even the delivery people said their van was full of soil the plants are pulling themselves together c what happens packaging needs to improve

great web site with lots to choose from. I am now planting the Christmas potatoes, already growing well in the bags and soil I got from the web site. you can get all you need in one go.

The order was never delivered. I received no information, and had to contact Evri directly. The plants had apparently been damaged and could not be delivered, and would be returned to Marshalls. I contacted Marshalls as I heard nothing. I spoke to someone, and I believe I have rearranged the order, but still no information or confirmation form Marshalls. Dreadful customer service
