Great product, good service
It is a very reliable seller with very competitive prices and quick delivery. I have bought the custom made tough case with magsafe and though there's no visible magnet ring, it really clings to all my accessories. The cover adds some bulk but certainly no more than is the usual for other cases in this segment.
If you use a crossbodycord, be mindful that there are no dedicated attachment points. Adding an extra loop is possible but not included in the box (which is quite normal since you do not pay for crossbody use...)
The picture I used is a tad blurry (but the text is still readable!), it seems to me that the design tool does not check resolution and as a customer it is hard to guess what DPI is needed. But that's really a detail. Want a good sturdy case with magsafe AND personal touch? Look no further, this is your deal!

Good customer service and fast resolution
I purchased a silicone solo band for my Apple Watch in December 2025. After about six months of normal use, the band unexpectedly tore while I was putting it on.
I contacted customer service and explained the issue. They responded professionally and refunded the purchase price without any hassle.
While I was disappointed that the band did not last longer, I appreciate the good customer service and the way they handled my warranty claim.

Unreliable team
Very very bad experience with them. Ordered an Apple charger for my iPad and saw on the mediamarkt site a 48h delivery. 10 days later still nothing, the track and trace link for bpost doesn’t work at all and shows the same message. They keep asking me to wait a little longer and I’ve decided to go directly in store to purchase it because of their incompetence to do their job correctly. Never ever purchasing something from them, they are unreliable
