Do NOT…I repeat…DO NOT use this “service”! They are scammers who literally steal your money. I deposited 999 dollars two weeks ago and immediately they restricted my account and stole my money. They claim they need to “verify” your identity. I have submitted four times my ID and selfie and they ALWAYS find a reason to reject it. I now have to get my attorney and Florida’s Office of Financial Regulation involved. With all the similar reviews from people who have also been scammed out of their money, I’m hoping we can get a class action lawsuit going to get these bastards out of business. Again, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! You will lose your money.

Probably the worst customer service i've ever "came accross" After 10 or more messages and over 1 week. My documents are not verified. Funny how they let us deposit no problem but A-Z verification to do any other transaction. Direct messages in my wallet and emails. NO response. I more than P*ss*d.

I have used Skrill for many years, but today have had the worst experience. Skrill locked my account permanently after transffering funds to my account using my Card. I'd like to receive the funds since this was clients money meant for business. I'd like this issue addressed immediately or process a refund back to the source. Ticket: #34206788.

I've had my account blocked for almost a month, I've sent all the certificates and emails they've requested and MY MONEY IS STILL BLOCKED.

This site is a scam I deposited $2080 they then froze my account then closed my account and kept my money now they have blocked me and I can’t recover my money stay away

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response and the way this issue is being handled.

It has now been almost a week, and nobody has provided me with a solution. My money is still stuck in my Skrill account, and I am completely unable to access it.

Every time I try to log in, I receive the same message:

“Account Temporarily Disabled
For security reasons we have temporarily disabled the login to your account. Please reset your password to access your account.”

I have already provided my ID, selfie, and all the verification information you requested. I have fully cooperated with your security checks, yet my account remains inaccessible and my funds remain blocked.

I need access to my money. This is my money, and I should not have to wait indefinitely without receiving a clear explanation or solution.

If Skrill does not intend to restore my account, then provide me with a clear and immediate procedure to withdraw my remaining balance. I do not want to continue using Skrill after this experience, but I absolutely need access to my funds.

Please escalate this case to the appropriate department and resolve it immediately. I expect a clear response explaining exactly what is required from me, if anything, and how I can access or withdraw my funds.

A BIG BIGG BIGGG scam .
Charged 35% upon currency withdrawl . and then they will give all vague reply.
withdrawl took 21 days instead of their mentioned 5 days .
Be careful while dealing with them

My account was locked after a deposit, and I could not withdraw my money or obtain a clear explanation. I submitted documents, opened multiple cases, and repeatedly requested human assistance, but the responses were automated or nonexistent. Skrill’s biggest weakness is its poor communication and lack of effective support when customers need help most.
