Always available to talk to if required. My only negative is that you don't know who you will be talking to when you phone up, so they have check back on conversations you had with other staff.

I was kept informed throughout, and everything was explained to me at the start. Once Nest transferred to my investors you were aware and prompted them with the transfer of my lump sum, which was transferred very quickly.

An efficient and professional service.
After our ISA changing company we have been with My Pension Expert for about a year. Our review was organised very efficiently and conducted professionally. We also requested some advice on a new investment and a separate appointment was arranged with one of their financial advisors to look into this. This appointment was again very professional and all of the possibilities were explained clearly with fees etc laid out for us. There was one small glitch in the actual process which was dealt with promptly.
Overall a very professional and friendly process.
