DON'T REGISTER TO OPODO PRIME
I had registered with them over a year ago and was given a membership to their 'Prime' services. Only did so as it gave me discounts that was more than the membership. I called then to cancel and they refunded me half of that too so I kept it. They never told me at the time the renewal is automatic and I didn't even get a email beforehand to tell me it was getting renewed. I got an email 5 days after it got renewed few weeks back and when I called the advisor told me there's nothing he can do as the system wasn't working and I had to call back. I rang back today and not to my surprise they had no indication of this call. The advisor I spoke to today said they can't refund me any money but can cancel the membership from next year or he can give me a reimbursement of 50% as a discount and I can then cancel after I get my money back.
This membership situation is 100% a scam to get people's money and the fact that they have a way of paying you half the money back to make it seem like they've helped is all part of it. There was no hesitation or let me see what I can do or let me ask my manager rather straight towards offering me the '50% discount '

Seems like an amazing deal to start with but they make it almost impossible to cancel. I tried to cancel in early June to which I spent about 45 minutes of trying to put an end to them reselling different packages to me and there are still payments coming out of my back account! There are other site that are much more worth it in my opinion.

Unlawful subscription
I booked one flight. Payed for the flight. They subscribed me to Opodo send me
So many emails that I ignored. Because in German. They subscribed me to Opodo Prime without my knowledge sending an email in German. Now I have to pay €119 per year for a subscription I did not want and they refuse to refund. Cancellation also non refundable.

Truly horrible site/app
Truly horrible site/app. Exists only to try and upsell you Prime membership, which it doesn’t do with much transparency. Makes it v difficult to cancel flights or get a refund.
