**Book directly with the rental company – avoid this third-party provider**
**They do not tell you all the details before taking your booking, and when you cannot meet the requirements, they refuse to refund you.**
When I arrived to collect the car in Cyprus, I was refused the vehicle because I had not held my driving licence for at least three years. This important requirement was not clearly shown to me during the booking process. I entered my age and other information, and the booking was still accepted and paid for.
The rental company itself was understanding and was prepared to refund the booking. However, because I had booked through this third party, they could not refund me directly. The third-party provider then refused to return my money—even though I never received or used the car.
Even the “mandatory documents” section of my booking confirmation only listed a credit card, a full driving licence, an International Driving Permit where applicable, photo ID and a printed confirmation. There was no mention in that section of needing to have held my licence for at least three years. Such an important requirement should have been clearly written too!!
I was left abroad without a vehicle and without a refund. Based on my experience, booking through this platform only created unnecessary complications. Book directly with the rental company.

Useless subscription that auto renews with no warning!
Sneaky and fairly useless subscription with auto renewal that kicks in without any warning. They claimed they’d sent me an email in advance which I never received
I am looking into consumer protection measures to try to claw back £99.99 fee that has just auto renewed for the second time!
Avoid at all costs!!
