Terrible admin
The product itself is probably good, although how you assess that, Im not sure.
Customer Service on the other hand, is extremely poor. I started a subscription back in May. Every month, I've had to contact them and ask them to send it as it never arrives.
I'll give them one last chance and if they cant get their act together, I will go elsewhere.

Useful savings on subscription
I use Optibac once a day because I have to take a daily antibiotic and I have Crohn’s disease. I feel that the probiotic helps to keep my symptoms in remission and I am glad of the price reduction gained by being on subscription. Win-win really.

No difference whatsoever
Waste of money, the Every Day EXTRA probiotics did not help any of my symptoms, in fact made them worse. Customer service also couldn’t care less and said ‘we can make no guarantees regarding their efficacy’ and told me to contact the retailer. It is your product so you should take responsibility for it. Anyway I have gone back to my original probiotics which are great. Will not be recommending Optibac to anyone.
Also, just to add I did complete 3 months taking the probiotics and saw absolutely no difference at all.
Update: the below useless response is just copied and pasted from the same email they sent me back in June!

More importantly the product is beneficial. Helps to build a stronger immune system and for my partner no symptons from bloating which he had before starting the course.
I would highly recommend probiotics as an aid to improved health.
