I am 10 days onto Chatbot as there is…
I am 10 days onto Chatbot as there is no other way to contact them.
I go through all the questions & upload the quality issues I had with all 5 large acrylics only for chat to end with no solution. The last response I was actually told I will receive a resolution in 12 hours & that was 2 days ago. I will keep trying as I spent a lot of money.
So frustrating & time consuming to speak to a Bot that cuts off 😡😡

Great Web Site, My photos in my gallery all sunny and Bright!
Upon delivery of photos and paying the extra $3.00 for premium Gloss and another$3.00 for some one to check them out was disgustingly So dark I can not see the photos clearly at all. Never again or would recommend this company again. Stick to Kmart cheap and professional photo delivery.
However your delivery time was exceptional good but a waste of time and money
Effectively your a scam learned my lesson the second time I ordered and payed also!

Do not trust this company to deliver on time even if you pay the express shipping to ensure it!
Paid for express shipping so my prints would arrive in time for an event. Contacted customer services after I had no update from optimal print and delivery date passed. Told it is still in production stage so will not reach me in time for my event. No option to talk to anyone just a AI chat that just ends. Now have no time to reorder anything. Do not order from this company! Completely unreliable and do not meet customer expectations even when you pay extra to ensure everything is delivered on time.

Spend you hard earned cash elsewhere! Delivery didn't arrive first scheduled date and tge same for the second scheduled date. I was notified that it had been posted and subsequenly, that there was an issue with the printing machine and it hadn't been posted. I would receive a refund for postage (which arrived) and canvas would be posted. 3 weeks later, still no canvas! Refund requested!
