Now I use posh paper and Daniel Smith paints (as well as Panduro & Winsor Newton pans). Of course I always browse the shop and find lots of inspiration. Pointless
I feel it is pointless to review a company after they have done only the bare minimum. Real reviews are based on orders where something went wrong and they need to do something extra. My order arrived well. All good.

I mostly think Panduro offers great products to reasonable prices with a wide range for both new and experienced creators. Of my total amount of orders 5/% wasn't good enough.
On a couple of products the quality was low and on another couple of items my expectation were too high.
Panduro solves this pre-buy by letting real customer reviews be displayed clearly.
Since I didn't send anything back, I can't review how they handle reclamation.
