Yet again another member being told lies and given fake excuses to block my account to avoid paying out for time spent over a long period completing surveys and projects , they are failing to show evidence and won’t listen to your claims , this. Is Clearly an untrustworthy site that is only outcome is to block and steal your rewards for themselfs , I have now wrote to trading standards and the RIC as I feel this a fraudulent scam to steal your earning and won’t allow you to receive reward from all the project and invite you made , I been a member for over a year or so and this is the way they treat you , my only down fall was saving my point up and not converting them earlier now I lost almost £100 or so . This site need to be shut down if still going conduct itself the way they are . Fake , false , misleading , & shameful .

Been a member for several years and had a decent return of rewards even if you do need a couple of A levels to negotiate their pay out system. Yesterday I wanted to redeem my £30 balance but guess what ? as I was starting the process I had a message ...."Your account has been frozen due to irregularities." how convenient. Now I've had that done before by another survey company (Pinecone Research). I doubt I'll see my £30 again but I forgot my own advice from earlier experience..cash in as soon as possible,don'let rewards mount up.

Like others on here I had points waiting to be cashed ( £20) in and today 27/8/26 my account is frozen for 'irregularities'.I have complained but the reply just said they will get back to me. Seems strange other members had their accounts frozen, I smell a rat.

Complete waste of time and scam.
Lots of emails, I then decide to do a survey with a promise of lots of 'coins / points'. Spend 15+minutes completing the survey.

Once completed, I get told 'You are not eligible for any rewards as we've already had enough responses'. So I got nothing for the time I spent filling in the survey.

That in my books is a SCAM.

I logged in this morning only to see a message on screen that said my account had been frozen.
Not understanding why as my account was at 100% and i was at the top tier i contacted support.
They replied and said due to pre screener irregularities.Pre screeners are normally your age,m/f,and region so how did i irregularly fail that,i am F-52 and live in the southwest.
I replied to them and stated i had just changed from a Samsung phone to iPhone,i do not have a VPN,also that some recent surveys have been for my teen.
Now if he has mad a mistake completing a survey it is appalling they have frozen me out,he is a child!
I put in for 2 x£10 bank transfers,one on 21st and the other on 22nd as my points had built up.
I asked in the email i sent them what would happen to these payments but like i said no reply.
I am wondering if the 2 payments have flagged their system,but i earned the points fair and square.
This is totally unethical on their part and the lack of reply is so unprofessional.

I see on here a good few people have had the same issue as me.
This is unfair that we have put our time and effort into completing surveys for a dead end.

Redeemed gift card usually instant but never got the link to redeem it any help

I've been a member for a long time and have always had a good experience with Norstat. It's an easy way to earn gift cards and treat myself to a little something extra now and then.

They steal your points & then block access of you’re not careful, I have over 300 coins that they have stolen from me!

My account was frozen without a clear explanation, and my emails to support have gone unanswered.

I believe I am shadow-banned after realising I can no longer participate in any survey. I can still access my account page though.

The sympton is when I click "Next" after launching the survey through the link, it does not do anything. I have tried the survey links both on my computer and the phone using different browsers.

I have sent three tickets on this issues and they have yet to reply me.

7 Aug 26 update: After getting a few surveys through, I am getting shadown-banned again. Support team did not reply to my tickets.

Three screen outs and over an hours of wasted time! I complete these surveys for charity and its hard enough without being cheated out of payments.

I've been using Norstatpanel for two years now, and I've had barely any problems. Obviously, the daily surveys don't pay much (around 10 cents per minute), but sometimes you get invited to larger projects where you can earn much more. You can't exchange your coins for money, only for coupons, but that has worked great for me.

I created an account , made history and earned coins but all of sudden , they blocked my account. When I asked from them why then they replied "you did not meet the quality" , it was surprising answer as if I was not meeting the quality so how they blocked me after years , not in the beginning , afterwards , they stoppled replying.

So for me , they have some hidden intentions behind , can not say exatly but might be stealing individual information , sending malware etc or something else.

They should be honest with thier users. If they will keep doing this, dont think so , people will spent their time and at the end, they will have nothing by having thier account blocked without any valid reason.

Total scam the giftcard doesn't download! I've wasted so many hours answering surveys and gained enough coins to convert to a £15 giftcard...but unfortunately when it came to downloading it the site just freezes! I contacted surport and they asked for a screenshot which I sent to them and now I'm just being ignored.

I really like them, the customer services replies super quick which is perfect. You can actually earn real money with it because you can transfer the coins into giftcards.
I highy recommend it because its worth it

Signed up via an Instagram ad, seemed like an interesting concept and was eager to get started, created an account and went to bed, woke up to my account being frozen and when I contacted support they simply said frozen due to irregularities in data, no further explanation or clarity. Don't waste your time with this service.

Enjoyed doing the surveys, managing to get 10€ gift card to use in their store. However, I did a paid survey, which was a week long, so it took up quite a bit of my time, and then never got paid for it after sending them numerous emails. Their last response was that there was a delay in payments, which was 8 weeks after I'd finished the research.

Scam. Account frozen without any reason. When you try to *remember your password* nothing happens, so account was just deleted. Do not use!

They froze my account with no warning over apparently a survey discrepancy which i have no idea about when i emailed to appeal this all i got was the info about the discrepancy and nothing else about what was going to happen with my account which is really annoying as i have coins in there that i was just about to transfer to my back. Makes me think this app is a SCAM. DO. NOT. USE. they just want to use you without giving anything at all

I was a loyal user and now suddenly i received message that my account is frozen and no help from customer services.Its been really annoying as i have around£45 coins in my acvount to redeem.Now i want to know what irregularities are shown in my account??Kindly activate my account so i can redeem my coins which i earned with struggle and effort...please be nice with your customers
