Poor Quality Plants & Bad Service
Went to buy a plant pot and plant at this store in Condom. The plants were all very poor quality, either dry and dying or waterlogged. After waiting in line for several minutes, I eventually went to pay for my items. The cashier couldn't read the bar code on the plant pot and told me to go to the very back of the store and swap it out and re-queue again. I refused. Customer service is seriously lacking and unhelpful - plants are mediocre varieties in bad condition. I'm never visiting this store again, needless to say.

Problem with the first time cutting the grass. Had to abandon it.
I already have a loyalty card that would not work when we ordered this grass cutter online.
I registered again and I have another account now.
We ordered this on a Sunday 22/02/26 and it arrived at our house on the Wednesday.
Today, my husband used it for the first time.
After 10 minutes it was enveloped in white smoke, abandoned it and switched off.

Great experience and easy

Further to my bad experience with Gamm Vert at Saint Yrieix le Perche on 20 Sep and previous review. I have been contacted by the Regional Manager M Bastien BAUGUIL who apologised on behalf of Gamm Vert and he has lectured the female employee about her inappropriate behaviour in my illegal detention. I have since received a full refund for the defective boots. Thank you M BAUGUIL for your common sense.
Suite à ma mauvaise expérience avec Gamm Vert à Saint Yrieix le Perche le 20 septembre et avis précédent. J'ai été contacté par le Directeur Régional M Bastien BAUGUIL qui s'est excusé au nom de Gamm Vert et il a sermonné la salariée sur son comportement inapproprié lors de ma détention illégale. Depuis, j'ai reçu un remboursement complet pour les bottes défectueuses. Merci M BAUGUIL pour votre bon sens.

It started well
It started well! In the Gamm Vert in Brignoles. I bought over €310 worth of plants, gardening tools, compost, lawn fertiliser and seed, herbs and seed and crucially two very expensive (and beautiful!) red ceramic plant pots. I had all of this carefully placed on my trolley as I approached the cash terminal. The very nice girl obviously had to take all of the items off to scan them and then put them back Unfortunately maybe not as securely. Just as I left the shop (by about six inches!) one of the pots tumbled off and broke. I went back by six inches into the shop and told the girl. The first two staff I met said of course I could change it for the same pot and took the broken one away. I could not find the same pot so opted for a more expensive one and joined the queue to pay the extra. This is where it all went wrong. A senior staff member had to be called to use her key to process the refund/extra payment. She then declared that absolutely no they would not accommodate. I asked to see the manager. A very aggressive man approached and said that it was my fault and nothing could be done. He then proceeded to ignore me for 10 mins. I asked how this was my fault given the (very nice) assistant had repacked my trolley and that I had spent over €300. He finally said that they would have to phone the Director! What a laugh!! The manager cannot make a simple decision!!! After waiting 30 mins while they apparently phoned the "senior Director". I gave up, asked for the broken pot back and left the store. NEVER to return. A very pleasant initial experience ruined by the aggressive managers response. All of the junior staff were lovely and full of common sense.

Superb garden shop.
We have visited the store in Hesdin, Sept Vallees, Nord Pas de Calais many times from 2010 to 2020 and found it to be one of the very best garden and home produce centres we've visited, we've visited many. The staff are friendly and helpful, the products first class, the food wonderful. Visit when you can, you're in for a treat.
