So pleased we came across Provacances while searching online. We have not seen this number of high quality rental homes in the South of France anywhere else. Our customer journey was easy and efficient - clear information and no tech hiccups! We thoroughly enjoyed our rental which turned out to be just as stunning as the photos if not more. We will definitely go back to Provacances when we holiday in this area again.

Similar to an earlier review, we had our holiday villa (via booking.com) cancelled four weeks prior to the start of our holiday. My experience booking through Provacances was positive from start to finish. Communication was excellent and the staff were accommodating with additional requests for an extra bed in a room for children. The house was beautifully furnished and decorated throughout. The pool and outdoor kitchen area also exceptional. The house was a short walk into the local town which was equally picturesque. A perfect holiday experience! Many thanks. ☺️

I have booked many Villas over the years in many different countries and I have not come across a company as professional as this one. The communication to the fine details are exceptional. They literarily hold your hand and guide you all the way until you arrive at your destination. Highly recomended.

The presented objects showed and described exactly what we finally rented, which is a big asset.

We rented a wonderful property. Fantastic scenery and view. Pool was great. The house was initially reasonably okay despite smell in the basement and a very simple kitchen. The main problem which we discovered early, but only realized the last night was that the house accommodated rats. We contacted Provacances which claimed it was nothing despite pictures presented to them. The most shocking was they continued renting it out to a new family after we left. Provacances didn’t show any sign of trying to correct their ignorance. I will not use Provacances again.

Provacances can be a little slow confirming the property you have booked. but once done, all very smooth. would use them again.

Villa Bellevue, Fayence.
We had a fantastic holiday, thankyou. Everything was straight forward from booking through to arrival; and the welcome and support during our stay we had from Fabien. A beautiful property in amazing surroundings. The villa was lovely and clean, and we had everything (and more) that we needed. Without a doubt the infinity pool is the main 'star' and it was wonderful to just relax in, listen to the crickets and soak up the view but still large enough to have a good swim and for the family to play. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Provacances are a very good company to use, we had no problems at all. We contacted staff to ask questions and we received quick, helpful replies. Our holiday villa was amazing and we can highly recommend using Provacances. Our villa was the best we have been to.

Hello. Me and my family have used Provacances this year (2023) for a villa rent on Riviera for 2 weeks. Provacance was extremly bad, on the limit to real JERKS, in handling communication with us regarding some trouble with the house. It was an awfull holidays for us this year! We will NEVER use Provacances again. Danish politness when they cash in the money and things go smooth - BUT really acting almost like jerks when you really need them to take their responsability if things go unexpected. We will be forced to also use our lawyers to push Provacances to take their, legal, moral and economical responsability. So NO MORE Provacances "services" for our famliy in the future.

Very professional, quick to reply, everything went well!

Helo, it was the first time we used provacances. It was very very comfortable before the travel and when we staied in the marvellous house also. we had a big thunderstorm and no more electricity. We called the number in Denmark and get help within 20 minutes. Also from the houseowner who live in the neighborhood.
