Good service at a reasonable price. The shop only did what was necessary on the car and provided pictures up front and asked permission to do the repairs. And still way cheaper than the brand name auto shop.

I felt this time it was a bit more…
I felt this time it was a bit more expensive than normally. On their website when chosing the options it was not clear how much it will cost compared to the yearly car check of 799 dkk.
Also i would have preferred to be called like other times if i want a fix for an issue that costs more than 700 800 dkk. Some could have waited like the spark plugs.
Next time i will deffinetely be more attentive what i chose

In this case, you had booked a service inspection according to the manufacturer's instructions. When your wife arrived and handed in the car, we reviewed the order and the price was stated. There were no objections when reviewing the order and we are therefore indifferent to this review.

There should have been 0 star as well to use for those guys.
I went for a kølmiddel opfyld for 695kr. I got "you have an issue in the AC system and we will not do it for you, now pay 395kr because we did nothing for you"
I would not come by again.

In this case, we were unable to perform the air conditioning service because the system was unable to hold pressure. Following a pressure test, we were able to determine that the A/C condenser was leaking.
We subsequently offered a repair solution, which you chose to decline.

Little bit accommodative
I always go for the package that offers 32 points check (scanning) in the car along with oil change and oil filter. This time i mistankenly select only oil change and i pay the same price of that package and just got oil change. I asked the representative if he can accommodate and keep the car and do the same package. But unfortunately he refused and i had to come back. Although service is good but customer service could be a bit better this time.

Rødovre Quickpoint bad customer service
The quickpoint in Rødovre just wasted my day by cancelling the appointment. I gave my car for service before and it went fine. But now it seems they are overbooked and over busy. I came at 08 instead or 07:30 and she said she already booked another car instead or mine. Ridiculous customer service and she is useless to answer.

Brondby branch very bad experience
Brondby branch very bad experience. Before inspection no engine warning sign on my car Dashboard.
After inspection I found engine warning sign on DB .
And additionally Engine Loose Air pipe was missing .
I instantly after 1 days informed them and they were asking additional money to check again.
Moreover, later I went their workshop and informed them about my missing pipe and warning sign . And their reception one of the guy misbehaved with me and their mechanic return me the pipe after my concern. But the engine light was not solved . I am pretty sure they have done mistake with any sensor or something during checking
They checked customer car by Apprentice not by any expert mechanic. Just think they are taking money from us and checking our valuable car by Non Expert student who doesn't have proper knowledge.
Don't recommend . Waste of money .
Even a local workshop mechanic is far better than them.

It is of course a shame to hear that you were not satisfied with your visit to us. We always strive to provide professional service and a good customer experience.
Unfortunately, we cannot fully recognize the process described. When the car was handed in, several errors and deficiencies had already been registered, and the recommended repairs were rejected in connection with the visit. This is also evident from the invoice provided.
You subsequently contacted us regarding error messages on the car. Here we provided information about the prices for diagnosis and troubleshooting, if the errors could not be related to the previous workshop visit.
During your subsequent visit, we found that a hose to the air filter container was loose. Although we could not determine the cause with certainty, we chose to install this free of charge as a courtesy solution.
In connection with a diagnostic readout – which was also carried out free of charge – we were able to establish that the registered errors were not related to the work that had been carried out by us. We therefore recommended further troubleshooting, which was refused.
We would also like to emphasize that our apprentices always work under the supervision of trained mechanics, and that all work is carried out according to applicable procedures and quality assured by trained personnel.
