Fast delivery and the hair looked great. However, the hair became frizzy and lost its shine after the first use. I had to look for instructions to keep it looking good. There were no instructions in the shipment.

Arrived damaged, clips broken 🥺
Arrived damaged, box was crumpled ~ two of the 3 clips had been snapped and had fallen off the hairpiece. The hair quality is fabulous but the attachment is very flimsy plastic fine clips.
I got in touch via Instagram , told to email. Emailed & nothing back as yet. It was very expensive for what it is. Still hope to hear from them soon. 🤞🏼
