Okay, so the first order was wrong and I gave a single star! Order discounted given as a gesture of goodwill. Both pairs of frames returned. When I received the second re-worked order, both pairs of glasses are fantastic, I was so impressed, my partner said and encouraged me to leave an Excellent better review! So here it is. So a little bit of inconvience, and delay, and more time on my part, but they fixed it, and come good. So my advice, just be calm polite and patient, and give them a chance to put things right. Thanks Sophie. I'm now going to order some night driving lens for another pair of frames for the Winter nights! All the best Lensology - Many Thanks for putting it right.

I’ve ordered a couple of pairs from Lensology previously and have been very happy with the service, the price and the quality of the work. I’ve even recommended them to others.
Unfortunately, my recent experience has changed my opinion. I placed an order to reglaze a spare pair of glasses, but discovered the frames were broken before I could send them and contacted Lensology to cancel.
The response was slow, but more disappointing was the pushy approach afterwards. Rather than simply processing the cancellation, I was encouraged to purchase new frames so they could still carry out the reglazing.
I appreciate businesses want to make sales, but I found this unnecessary and off-putting when I had simply asked to cancel an order that could no longer proceed.
It’s a shame, as I was previously a happy customer and would have continued to use and recommend Lensology. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Definitely use Lensology!
From start to finish, I've been so impressed with Lensology. Everything was well explained and straightforward and I would highly recommend. The details matter to me. Even down to the extra sticker that was in the box to send your glasses in just in case you didn't have sellotape to seal the box.
The communication was quick too.
My glasses are great and I was also really impressed that everything I sent, came back. The price was really good too.
I will definitely be using Lensology again.

Very good and fast service.
Great, provided pop in lenses for my meta raybans with my prescription as I was heading on a flight and wanted to use them for music and movies etc. The speed in which they got them delivered was truly an admirable service. 10/10 would use again. Ordering the lenses was easy and uploading prescription didn’t take time nor hassle. The price was actually cheaper than what I was expecting as my mate who works in an opticians actually quoted me slightly more - oops! Nonetheless it was speed and efficiency I was looking for and got!
