I ordered four tires. One shipped. The remaining three were rescheduled for delivery several weeks later, so I cancelled that portion and asked for a refund.

Their chatbot, "Thomas," explained that since the delayed order had never been charged, no refund was owed on the original order I had already paid for. It took several tickets over several weeks to get past that reasoning. The refund finally arrived today — for the three cancelled tires. The payment for the one they did ship was retained.

The arithmetic is sound, provided the customer only needs one wheel.

Two stars rather than one: the money did eventually come back, and most of it.

I ordered 4 winter tyres. They said they would be delivered a week ago. Tracking numbers don't work, I'm unable to speak an advisor on the phone and nobody has replied to my message asking when tyres will be delivered. It's only possible to contact an AI helper, which is completely useless. Seems like a scam company to me! Don't order from Reifendirekt.ch.

I ordered wheels and tires.
Wheels arrived; tires did not.
I tried to contact them for days - only a Bot.
Tried to cancel the tires - not able to according to the site.
Sent an e-mail to cancel using their form - no response.
Next move - contact Credit Card company and stop payment.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a set of tires, but they never arrived. I contacted customer support several times, yet I still didn’t receive a satisfactory resolution or my order. I expected much better service and communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Never again sadly. Placed an order, and had not heard anything for 4 weeks, despite the delivery date passing. Had to talk to the Bot system for answers, which also took an extremely long amount of time and was super inefficient. The initial order was lost, and a 2nd one was placed, which again got lost and never made it to me. 2 entire months of waiting for an order, no tracking numbers and almost impossible to get an answer from the supplier. Never again

Terrible. This company kept telling me false information as fact regarding shipping and delivery. I do not trust anything they said. And their delivery timelines are terribly inaccurate and unreliable. If you need a tire fast, look elsewhere.

I ordered and paid for two tires but they never showed up. The company says they were delivered last week but i was home all day and they never arrived. I cannot talk to a real person on Whatsapp, phone or submitting a form through their website. Please DON'T use this company or service. A complete scam.

I used to order from Reifendirekt and it was always perfect. The they realized how much profit they can make with very poor quality service and everything spiraled. I've ordered and paid four tires and I've only received two. I've been trying to get in touch with them for the past month but it's impossible. They do not have a decent client assistance and they don't have a phone number. Actually, they do, but it's AI, so it's useless. There's no way to speak with a person. I tried to do it on the chat, but most of them are incompetent (one tells you one thing, the other tells you another) and it takes them hours to answer, if they answer. Most of the time, they just stop chatting with you out of nowhere. If you write an email, it takes them week to answer.HORRIBLE.

I got the Tires. But with them i should also get a Hoody Size L from Uniroyal as a Gift. I never received it. I wrote a Email. They told me i have to wait.... This is now 10 Months ago. Still waiting.......

Ordered tires in late November, no status update received until mid-December saying order shipped. Received email on 30.12.2025 saying order was canceled. I've complained 3 times with no response. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

I never got my order and I am waiting for my payback for MONTHS.

Ordered 4 tires, only two arrived (two packages containing one tire). Tried to call, only an incompetent AI-Bot answers the phone. By mail, they just claim all 4 tires arrived without any evidence like tracking numbers or the like. To put it simple: they are liars. I have paid all four tires in advance, so it's definitely a scam and I would recommend an other website to buy your tires.

This Company is very bad, no communications, i had cacelled my order since over 2 weeks, and i m still waiting for my money back, they gave me no answer!!!!!

There was a mix-up with my winter tyre order and the first shipment never arrived.
Customer service handled the situation very well: they acknowledged the mistake, resent the tyre at no extra cost and kept me informed during the process.
The replacement arrived in perfect condition, and since it hasn’t snowed yet, the delay didn’t cause any real problem.
Overall, I appreciate the way they solved everything. Thank you.

customer service not responsive, order cancellation not possible, links do not work when trying to cancel an order in bookings dashboard, feedback form not working (page not available), marketing automation is a complete mess triggering payment reminders for orders that I wanted to cancel, but couldn't because the order cancellation workflow does not work (!), a complete mess of illprogrammed website and unresponsive customer service!

when I escalated the issue via email, customer service representative did not seem to care at all the this whole ordering process is a complete mess and leads to massive customer disatisfaction!

Order was placed twice by me by mistake. Communication went back and forth about the paiment which was made but claimed again..... until it came out that the order was placed twice .

ordered 4 winter tyres that were "in stock" with expected delivery time of 4-5 days. After a week I received an e-mail notification that they were "delivered", however I had not received them. After waiting over an hour on the phone, I got through to customer service and had to deal with someone who could barely speak any European language or english, just to be told "the tyres were delivered to the delivery warehouse and I would receive them in the next days".

Well, a few days passed and same story again, and again, and again. In the end, I received 3 (of the 4) tyres after over 5 weeks.

A mistake can always happen, and I have complete understanding for that, but mistake after mistake coupled with terrible customer service that is hard to reach is inexcusable.

Took around 3 weeks to deliver the tires. Answer on status update of delivery took 5-6 days. Quality fine as always, but service level can be improved.

Terrible service and very poor customer support. It used to work well, but now it’s definitely among the worst. Really disappoint
