Atrocious communication and support
Atrocious communication, both in response to emails waiting a long time for replies, and impossible phone help desk; no pick up after calling a number of times to their helpline.
Tje product was passed to a separate delivery company which made a complete total mess of it for next day delivery, item went back to warehouse and still have no heard over a week later about re-delivery.

The third party delivery service i received was shocking i was left with my house unsecure for 2 days after they broke my lock on front doir then were rude and refused for over 2 hours to contact said comoany delivered and plumbed somekne elses washing machine and when they did return left me with a washer that was,nt working properky but refused to take it back absolute farce not what i needed a day after my mums funeral stress and uoset it caused was totally unacceptable !!
