Problems following administrator death, eventually resolved by a good call centre agent
Following a bereavement amongst our charity trustees we could not log into our opayo portal. We tried for several month, but were unable to get through security & the system wanted to contact our account administrator by email or phone which was not possible as he was dead & so were his email & phone accounts. It wasn't helped by my lack of understanding of the different roles of opayo & cardnet. They both need better systems for dealing with bereavement. When I finally got through to the call centre & spoke to the right person he was great. Evalon Opayo need to establish a better system for dealing with bereavement. We cannot be the first people this has happened to.

The whole process was handled really well and efficiently and we're up running in a few days. Great to have a person to talk to unlike Stripe's and Co....
