Their Baggy Jeans are without a single doubt in my mind the best snd most comfortable quality jeans i have ever had in my life. Im absolutely in love with the Baggy Jeans so today i bought 2 more.

It says return label is with the product... And if you forgot to put it there just ask for it via email. Then it costs 8€ to get the return label. Thats a hoax in my books. Wont order and cant recommend to anyone... Great dissapointment.

I'm sorry to hear you feel that it is a hoax.
But we have made the return electronic, which mean you can get it directly from our website. We have done it this way, so we don't waste paper.
When you go to book a return you get this message.
"note: if you want exchange to a different product and/or size, its free to use the returnportal.
If you return for a refund, the cost is 8 EUR for the returnlabel, which will be deducted from the returned amount."
So we are fully transparent about the price.

In Finland we offer free exchange with a prepaid label. The feedback we are getting from other customers in Suomi (Finland), is its very easy. You just follow the guide on our returnspage, and request a label to your email?

Super satisfied with the 2 baggy jeans I bought, the quality and design was awesome. I ordered W34L32 unfortunately it was to small. Got som help with how to return them and to go up a size. So now it's just the waiting game untill Thay send the new size back to me. Awesome produkts and really helpfull customer service 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
