I had pre ordered some items for collection on a set date knowing I would be the the area. I received a notification a day early saying my items were ready for collection. Called in the following day, everything was ready and waiting, perfect.

Altogether fantastic
Altogether fantastic. A man downstairs helped me a lot with some bike maintenance and accessories, and was friendly, professional and very polite.
Then upstairs Marc was first class. He was so helpful and enthusiastic, reassuring, appreciated my time constraints, didn’t push me into anything expensive and listened to my needs but advised me when I needed it. His manners were also impeccable.
It’s a while since I’ve had such great service in a shop.

Sigma Sports were excellent in handling this issue. I had an order for a couple of inner tubes which the Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address. I couldn’t work out which house it was, so Sigma kindly sent replacement tubes to me - now received. Very quick and excellent customer service.

Professional Sales & Fitting Service
My bike fitting with Neal Lovell was professional and informative. He understood what I wanted and has got me in a better riding position. Two weeks on I’ve ridden my new bike 10 times and everything he told me is happening! I’m cycling more efficiently &faster. Very grateful for all his knowledge & advice. Would definitely recommend Neal Lovell & Sigma Sports when buying a bike

Good service but poor product
I ordered some Garmin power sensor pedals. These arrived quickly and paired with my phone well, and looked great on the bike. However the firmware updated and then the pedals would not connect with phone or Edge computer. The Sigma WhatsApp service was good and tried various fixes but in the end I was asked to return for refund.
