I live in California, but have a summerhus in Højby. I have dealt with US home insurance in the past, and what I can tell you is... Your insurance services is amazing. I kept thinking I was going to get a huge bill, or have to challenge some person that would say "sorry not covered" Great communications, everything was explained up front and it was just easy. Thank you Forsia and the wonderful services.

I have an unusual insurance issue. Forsia and in particular Martin Petersen have gone above and beyond with technical knowledge, being pro-active, being competent, all wrapped up with excellent customer interaction. I can not speak highly enough with the level of attention Martin has provided for an ongoing issue which he has resolved in a very professional manner :-)

I had several insurance policies with ETU for more than 10 years: inbo(home contents), house, car, accident insurance and accident insurance for my child. During all those years, payments were made correctly and on time.

When ETU merged in Forsia, customers were informed that the insurance policies would continue under the same conditions and at the same price. I was also asked to approve the transfer of my automatic payments, which I accepted.

Despite that, the automatic payment was not transferred correctly.

I only discovered the problem when I suddenly found out that my car was uninsured because a payment had not gone through. This was not caused by refusal to pay, but by a failure in the transfer process after the company takeover.

What followed was even worse: instead of correcting the issue or showing any flexibility after more than 10 years as a loyal customer, Forsia cancelled my insurance policies and replaced them with new contracts at a significantly higher price.

So after more than a decade of regular payments, one failure during their own transition process resulted in losing coverage and being forced to pay more.

This is exactly when an insurance company shows what kind of company it really is. Not when everything runs smoothly, but when a problem appears.

A customer should not carry the consequences of an administrative failure created during a takeover. Loyalty clearly has no value here.

Be careful when choosing insurance. A company may promise unchanged conditions, but reality can look very different when something goes wrong.

I have got the best offer when I choose my insurance and the best , BEST customer service from Emil Thinggaard Andersen. He have give me the quick answer and solve all my issues.

I've never signed up for your services, I've never had an account with Forsia, so I was surprised to receive an email saying that I have a bill from you.

After speaking with customer support agents they informed me that it was a mistake, I have no bill, or account with them.

I now received a letter for 'bad payers' - I called Forsia again and asked how this could be, they confirmed that I never had any accounts or withstanding bills with them and didn't understand how this happened and that I should speak with a guy handling the 'merger' of ETU.

Essentially' whats happened is that one person managing the systems, automatically transferred my account from one provider to another, which naturally cancelled the automatic payments. I never agreed to this transfer and now he's trying to charge me for an account I never had, and all of the services confirmed that I didn't have.

Update:
You've reported my review, saying that you have no record of me being a customer, yet we have an ongoing inkasso/collectica case for the bill I was sent, though I have NEVER been your customer. I'm happy to provide Trustpilot with our back and forth correspondence to validate that my interactions with Forsia have been valid experiences.

The worst insurance company, I had two insured cars with them, more than a year, they charged fees higher than they were on the contract after a year without incident, they raised and when I moved to another company, and I get punished of 600 KR, explaining that something has changed and my policy has been updated and now it has a new free transfer date.
I advise against this company, I post opinions on Facebook groups so that no one will be insured by them!!!

Have a great experience talking with Hassen in the damage departement. Unfortunately i had nothing cover for my boomblaster soundbar. But I had a very conversation. Good customerservise, also in english.
