Complaint about poor service

Dear , Sportmaster.

I was in Hundig today at 14:35 and your worker who was working at that time.
I would like to complain about the treatment I received from a clerk in your store.

I felt that I did not get the help I needed and the clerk was very rude and unfriendly. I do not think this is an acceptable way to treat customers.

I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and follow up on the incident so that other customers do not have the same experience.

Bought and returned socks and articles to the store.
They gave me a note with some credit to use, NO RETURN OF THE MONEY, EVEN THOUGH THE ARTICLES WERE UNUSED AND UNPACKED.

The note to use the money they told me is valid for 2 years. One month later is invalid and cannot be used.

Waste of money and time.

Stay away from there! The shoes I bought from them started worn out after 5-6 months . When I wanted to change it, they did not accept and instead offered me a discount on my future shoppings..

Edit after company's reply: I had mail communication with store manager but after your reply I created the case at your customer service.

Sports World or Sportdirect or whatever they are called. It is a Russian company based in England, and when they send products, they are sent from England. Joking aside, I bought a pair of shoes online from them and now I can't return them. They won't help with a package label and I have to pay for the shipping myself. I think this is a very bad service, as I have to pay 70% of the shoe's value for the shipping, which I do not get back. So watch out, it's not the old Sportmaster. Order number: SDDK50001000115770.

Bought two pairs of pants in the shop. Then less than 24 hours after, I went in to return one of them. Then being told that they do not refund but only exchange or give a voucher. The most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. If that is the company policy, then they should at least have it written near the tills, so it is clear to see, or have the staff inform you, when you buy something.
I will never buy anything from here again, as I don’t want to support a shop with such bad customer service.

I bought from their store and 2min. later that the item is 50% off on their website I asked if they price match they said they don’t price match with the website. I wanted my money back but they said that they give only vouchers that are only usable in the store. This is just ridiculous.
Never shopping there again. Just need to figure out what to do with the voucher from them.

Delivery is fast and the customer service is great too. It's fairly straightforward to return an item and get refunded.

Good service, always willing to help with a smile in the face.

Bad Behaviour of sales staff at sportmaster, Herlev Big branch.
Today i went to Herlev Big branch at 11:15 and ask to returned an item, which i had bought online shop. There was two old Ladies stranding on the counter, They talk very rudely and replied. We can’t return this item at this shop, you have to post return on online Sportmaster shop. When I tell Them its wrote on this invice paper. Then they took that item very insulting Way and returned the item. Their Behaviour was totally wrong. I have those Ladies picture in my mobile. I Will never again go to that shop.I am surprised, how Sportsmaster hire these type of unprofessional staff. They were looking very angry without reason.

Helpful staff when I asked questions and check out was easy. Variety of items was good. One thing can improve better is organization by staff ... less talking to each other and more cleaning up. Shoes were in the wrong boxes and finding the right matching ones was a pain.
