RIP OFF 80mm THERMAL ROLLS
Absolute rip off company. I ordered some 80mm Thermal rolls which were described as 80mm x 80mm, 76 Meters long and 48gsm paper. The rubbish that turned up was a joke. Firstly the rolls were 80mm x 66mm. We unrolled one to see how long they actually were and they were 38 Meters - half of what Staples said they were. We had the paper measured and it is not 48gsm, it is 87gsm. The rolls turned up battered and squashed and they hadn't even bothered wrapping it, just stuck the label on the box. Staples didn't bother replying to me so we have reported them to trading standards and will be returning this dross for a full refund (or charging it back on the card. Disgusting, ripping customers off like that.

Having reviewed the email correspondence, I can see that your original email was sent to an incorrect email address. As a result, we were not aware that the goods had arrived damaged.
My colleague subsequently contacted you and explained that, as the item was purchased last September and the issue was reported outside of our usual timescales, he was able to offer a 50% refund as a goodwill gesture.
Since that email was sent, we have not received any further correspondence regarding a resolution to this matter.

I ordered some pukka notepads
I ordered some pukka notepads , but there was delay after delay ,and whilst they did keep me informed , I feel the original order process should simply have said ' out of stock' as that became apparent was the case , I did keep waiting , until after more informed delays, I then felt I had no choice but to cancel my order in the end , which I did request , but it wasn't acknowledged . I won't be trying this seller again, and feel they really need to up date their stock of items for people to order and of course expect to receive shortly after ordering or make sure orders are NOT taken for items they don't have ?

I waited patiently because the item was not in stock. When it finally came it was sent to my address with no warning and then returned to the warehouse. When I tried to retrieve it I was told that it was out of stock and I would have to wait another 20 days. This cycle could continue forever. When the phone number is dialed it says that you are closed no matter which time of the day I called. ......why say that I can call by phone when the stock answer 24 hours is that you are closed. .and why return a item to your warehouse and sell it to another customer when you could have left it with a neighbour or hidden like all other companies do. ...yes I have a refund but Staples has been a waste of my time.. thank you.
