The Angel chat was very helpful, and speedy in finding the product I wanted to buy thank you ... However the payment screen was a bit annoying. I kept getting a response saying "OOPS! We're sorry that your order could not be placed, please try again later" This happened several times before I was able to complete my payment. However overall I was very impressed with the enormous range of cosmetics and Skin Care available. Will definitely purchase again from Strawberry net.

Ordered tea and realized it expired 1.5 months after receiving it… I ordered bunch of boxes and there is no way I will finish it in 1.5 months. So now (5 months after expiration date) when I wanted to drink some of that tea I thought it looked odd and then saw it was already expired! Tea usually doesn’t expire for a while. So based on my experience and other reviews here… they do it often. I emailed them and they told me they can’t do anything lol well I guess I will be disputing it with my bank! If you order from them-check all the expiration dates. But I would order from another place since it seems like they sent out products that are close to expiration

Nightmare getting payment made your system just keeps asking for the same things??

As an experienced buyer of cosmetics I was sure my product was counterfeit, this was confirmed by the manufacturer. I would suspect all their products are fake, their returns policy is also illegal, which says all you need to know about this Chinese cover-up company

Trying to input the CORRECT ADDRESS was an absolute nightmare. You need to get this part of your system working correctly.

There was a glitch in their system so I couldn’t check out. After an exchange of 6-7 emails, I did everything I was asked to provide, finally unable to fix the problem at their end, they asked my password to fix it. Yes! You read correctly: their IT department needed my password.
So, I gave them a choice: for all the time I wasted, send me the product free of charge or lose a customer. The reply implied they preferred to lose a customer.

I compared Strawberrynet with my other usual online store and found exactly what I was looking for and then discovered it was also on special and I qualified for free shipping.

I bought a bunch of Obagi products from Cosmetify, via Strawberrynet. they are not authentic Obagi products. With much difficulty, and after a long and protracted amount of time, to-oing and fro-oing, I managed to get them to agree to a return. I had sent through all of the products back, unopened. Fortunately for me, the parcel is tracked. They also accessed the tracking in order to delay, the delivery of the parcel to the next day - for which I have proof. There is a photo, and acknowledgment from Royal Mail that it was received - By them... I have asked repeatedly for a refund. They are now saying that the parcel is lost. I have now reported the theft to the police in Birmingham, as the order is over £100, I am truly sick and tired of dealing with them.
