I bought something from Stylepaste and since I was shipping my item to US, I was wary and suspicious of buying it from Denmark as i had a lot of questions. Claus answered every single one of my (million) questions with patience. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by providing me real time pictures when i requested it. Claus was also a pleasure to email back and forth with :-) My item came in 3 days. SUPER FAST!!!! Thank you so so so much Claus!!! :-) A+ for Stylepaste because of amazing people like Claus working there.
Having not received any response after sending a series of emails, I now finally have to publicize your careless treatment of customers to protect others who aim to make purchase via this site. I returned a product right after receiving it (it is about a year ago), requested for a note of the return process, and checked my bank account hundreds of times but found that I had not have my money back. Neither did I receive any message about the return process. Although it is a while ago, I realize that your site is still available and if you have some degree of respect toward your customers, consider this request seriously. As another customer said below, I may need to seriously consider reporting you (i.e., stylepaste) to the Danish Consumer Council unless you solve this issue as soon as possible. Based on how you have treated your customers, you do not deserve to hold a professional retail website. What is the purpose to have an official email account for the site if you are not responding to emails involving significant concerns? Check my order number (26354) and let me know how I can possibly reach you and communicate about all this.

I recently ordered a Mansur Gavriel backpack, which I haven't been able to get my hands on since the release and it arrived safe and sound within the expected 10 days! Definitely not the last time I'm placing an order!
My story is EXACTLY the same as 'Flo' below - I placed my order 6 weeks ago, have telephoned them 3 times, written 5 emails (NONE of which they have answered) and am always told they will find the tracking number for me.
Completely ridiculous, am looking into reporting them to the Danish Consumer Council now because they treat their customers like absolute shite and are holding the EUR 291 I paid them and I have no item to show for it. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I have been ordering 1 item from stylepaste and they offer worldwide free delivery with Fedex. I emailed various time to ask for products informations but received no answer. I know now i should have avoided this website.
The day after completing my order i receive an email indicating me Fedex will email me soon the tracking number. 5 days after, i'm still waiting and decide to email them: no answer.
I called them and they explained me they will email me in a few minutes, but i still wait an answer. I decide to call them back and the customer service tells me all my past emails have been sent to a wrong email adress.
I email again to the new adress. After all i still not receive any answer. I call back and they explain me they NEVER received my emails! I ask them to give me the tracking number by phone, as i'm affraid not receiving my order before leaving abroad. They explain me the shipment has been done with GLS (not Fedex) but they cannot provide it until the do not have access to it. They will contact me soon - but are unable to tell me when exactly... It's definitively not serious. I will avoid it in a future! Doesn't matter they have beautiful products and a nice e-commerce if they are unable to run correctly their business and be professional.

I ordered some products from Stylepaste but I had not receive my package for 2 weeks. I was worried that my package had gone missing or something so I sent an inquiry email to them but they did not reply. I called them on the phone then they just said they will contact me later by email, but again they did not answer back. I wrote another inquiry email (now this is my 3rd trial ) then finally they answered me back saying , we will send you Asap! Wow you haven't even sent me yet!!
But well, shit happens. People sometimes mistake. I tried to be relax and made another order from them. Then again, same problem happens!!!!
Stylepaste has terrible management. They are doing their business as a hobby. I used many other online shop such as Netaporter, Aplace etc but surely Stylepaste is the worst!
