We've used Petcare cat flaps over many years. Our current model started working incorrectly recently. As it was still under warranty, the company replaced it quickly and without fuss. Also, the design has remained consistent over all those years ie the replacement cat flap is the same size as the previous ones so fitting it is very simple. All in all, really good service - many thanks.

We wanted an accessory for fitting our cat flap which we had not appreciated until we were well into the job. We were unable to utilise the next day option on the website (for reasons unknown), so rang to see if we could pay by 'phone for it to arrive the next day. They had no facilities for taking such a payment but, without saying so, simply put the part in the 'phone on a fast delivery service at no cost. Most impressive!

Bought a microchip Petdoor, wouldn't work properly.
Contacted customer services, explained the possible problems.
An extremely polite and experienced professional talkedabout possible solutions and stated that he would send a replacement part / motor with fitting instructions.
Parts arrived next day by postal delivery.
Part fitted and working.

Great service and a superb product. Long lasting, this purchase was my third the previous two lasted a total of eighteen years. Most important is the ease of operation by my cat who is safe from unwelcome intruders.

The customer service from Sure Petcare has been outstanding after we bought a SureFlap Connect to record the comings and goings of our 2 cats.

We initially had an issue with our very clever Maine Coon cat learning how to paw the flap open, even when it was locked to 'in only'. I asked for advice from Sure Petcare, and they immediately sent an adjusted catflap door to prevent this.
Probably due to the above amendment, the flap then wasn't recording the cats leaving the house (just when they came in). Again, I asked for some advice, and after trying a couple of resets, the customer service department just sent me a whole new cat flap - which works perfectly.

I couldn't be happier with the product, and the customer service has been a joy to experience.

Great product, even better customer service

Customer care is always brilliant with this company. I've trouble shooted various problems over the years and there is always someone patient on the phone to guide you through. They send out relacement parts and test kits promptly when needed and understand how crucial it all is to family life, I recently I had problems with a catflap in a glass door and Phillip could not have been more helpful. The problem is currently resolved and fingers all crossed, but its reassuring to know I can contact them again whenever I need to.

Great customer support. I had a problem with my Microchip Cat Flap Connect door mechanism, after 3 years of using it which meant it would no longer lock. Margaux from support responded to my enquiry and within hours has rectified my issue. All I needed was to share some pictures of the problem I had.

I recently experienced an issue with my SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect and contacted Sure Petcare Customer Service for assistance.

I was genuinely impressed with how quickly and professionally everything was handled. After contacting support, I received a prompt response with clear troubleshooting instructions. I provided the information and video they requested, and within hours they had reviewed the issue and arranged for a replacement unit to be sent to me completely free of charge.

The replacement was dispatched straight away, there was no need to return the faulty unit, and the instructions provided for setting up the new feeder and transferring my cats over in the app were clear and easy to follow.

The whole experience was absolutely hassle-free. It's refreshing to receive such efficient, friendly and straightforward customer service these days.

I had a broken microchip cat flap door whilst the unit was under warranty. When I contacted the customer service they were very friendly and helpful. They promptly dispatched a free new door which I received the next day. The door has now been fitted and we have one happy cat! Overall very pleased with the service given and the end product.

Wonderful customer service when my microchip pet door stopped working; Philip and Amy helped me though some tests & sent me replacement buttons to fit free of charge. Eventually I replaced the old door with a new one, the original having given long faithful service with my Maine Coon cat crashing through it several times a day.

I’ve been using a SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap for over 10 years now – currently being on my second one due to an extension build. I have only had issues on two occasions - which were both of either my own or my cat’s making (i.e. not build quality). On both occasions I contacted customer services for advice who were exemplary. Both times, I was responded to same day by email and subsequently provided with a new part next day delivery which completely resolved my issues. In my opinion and experience, Sure Petcare is an excellent company who make quality products with commendable customer service. I shall continue to happily recommend you to others.

I’ve bought 2 of the cat flaps for microchipped cat and they work a treat. Large in size and a little costly but easy to install and simple to programme.
And importantly, no more random cats getting in and fighting with mine!
