After having found that Surftown is way …
After having found that Surftown is way more expensive than competitors, I decided to cancel my subscription with Surftown..
I initially had some trouble finding out how to cancel my subscription with surftown, but according to the review response from Surftown (where there is a reference to the general conditions pdf document which I found a link to in an email I had from the company). I do appreciate this and apologize that I did not notice this in the first place.
I would suggest to have information on cancelation available in the support section on the website or even better have a section in the control panel to administrate the account which would also allow the customer to cancel the subscription here (it appears to be something which could be of use for the customers and at the same time I judge it to be technically feasible as it is possible to sign up to Surftown services via a web form without any contact to support).
Due to the swift response to my request I have raised the rating from 1 to 3 stars.
