I can never get peace from Norlys
There is always problems
Even though I’ve sent all the “låne router “ back to shop they say that you still have a låne router which I don’t have it because I’ve send it back but they said maybe one of our colleges has forgotten to register it as delivered
I needed a phone asap today so saw the price at Norlys was 500 dkk if you have subscription and if not 1299 while at Bilka for the same phone was 1199
I went to Norlys shop in Randers and I asked to buy the phone and they said I can’t buy it because I have to pay 1500 dkk for a låne router because I haven’t return it which I have
So I ended up buying the phone from Bilka
So thank you
I’m waiting forward to get a solution

This is an ongoing review, since in my last review I was asked to communicate with the department again. They took no responsibility or any steps to help me, just kept telling me that it is my responsibility to provide a piece of evidence they never sent. I am blamed for their incompetence. Not to say they are supposed to be having proof of sales, and track record of all the purchases. Unbelievable.

They didn't send me the cover that was…
They didn't send me the cover that was indicated in the delivery. I'm very unhappy. I had to drive 50 km myself.The delivery slip indicates that a case was supposed to be included, but it wasn't there. So now I have to buy one myself???? I can't upload a photo of the delivery receipt here to prove that what I'm saying is the absolute truth. Norlys has deceived me.
