I bought a Teufel ROCKSTER CROSS Bluetooth speaker a little over two years ago for almost €300. Now the charging cable has stopped working, which means I can no longer charge or use an otherwise perfectly functional speaker.
I went to the Teufel store and also contacted customer service, but unfortunately, they offered no solution at all. I was simply told that the charger is no longer available and that there is nothing they can do.
For a product in this price range, I find it extremely disappointing that an essential replacement part is no longer available after just over two years. A perfectly good €300 speaker should not become unusable simply because of a charging cable.
Very disappointing customer service and, in my opinion, a questionable business model. Something to consider before buying.

I bought a rather expensive Teufel Mynd about 8 months ago. The good thing is: When it works it sounds really good.
Unfortunately it rarely works. It disconnects from my computer frequently and this has got a lot worse since I switched to Linux. It also disconnects frequently from the android app and is impossible to connect again. It is almost impossible to recharge as it refuses to work with almost all of our USB cables and chargers.
Software updates are a pure nightmare with complicated instructions.
I am not a tech freak who loves errorhandling and complicated updates. I just want a working device to listen to music. If you just want to do the same, Teufel Mynd is definitely not for you.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I truly felt Teufel deserved one.

I purchased a stereo system with the Ultima 40 speakers, and from the very beginning the sound quality was impressive. However, I suffered some small issues, what really stood out was the exceptional customer service I received afterward. The Teufel team continued assisting me until the system was perfectly optimized and performing exactly as it should, replacing what was given the problems.

What impressed me most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They arranged everything directly from my home — pickup, technical assistance, and delivery — always professionally, efficiently. At no point did I feel abandoned or treated like “just another customer.” They genuinely cared about making sure I had the best possible experience with their product.

In today’s world, finding a company that combines outstanding audio quality with this level of after-sales support is rare. Teufel has proven to be not only a premium audio brand, but also a company that truly stands behind its products and customers.

I can honestly recommend Teufel to anyone looking for high-quality audio equipment backed by reliable, professional, and customer-focused service. An excellent experience from start to finish.

Teufel is a great company producing great sound devices.
The earphones work perfectly, just as I expected.
And the boomster go just the same. If any picky complaint - personally for my taste the base is a tad too strong. But that's me and that's really extreme high level.

After having been sent a defective Radio One, I experienced very helpful and thorough support from Teufel. The replacement worked perfectly, as expected. It has great sound and is intuitive to operate!

Sadly, since Brexit, it's more difficult to source Teufel products in the UK, but there are still options if you're willing.

My latest purchases, a Teufel One M, Streamer and Kombo 62 are all up to their usual standard, and fortunately apps and manuals are still available in English. One slight gripe is the rather tardy support, they do get back to you, but it sometimes takes a week or more.

Overall though, highly recommended.

Delivery of speakers, chaotic, and pick up of a damaged speaker took 9 weeks, 2 days working from home waiting for a courier, numerous calls and emails. Way too difficult and took too much of my time. The speakers are great, but with all the hassle and poor after sales service, I would be very reluctant to buy from Teufel again.
And your response sums up perfectly just how poor your service is. DHL PLAYED NO PART IN THE DELIVERIES. It’s was supposed to be Chronopost, ended up with La Poste, and the 3 failed pick ups were supposed to be by UPS.

Very good headset with nice clean sound and clear base.

I recently got the Ultima 25 Active, and it has exceeded all my expectations! The bass is exactly what I was looking for, and the build quality is outstanding. I highly recommend it. Of course, it’s not fair to compare it to speakers costing several thousand euros, but for its price range, it’s hands down the best choice.

Very nice design with great sound experience and the battery takes you to almost a week of using the headphones. Overall a good product for the money.
