Do not buy their underlay
Do not buy their underlay.
They state that it is a "perfect fit" on their website, but the one they sent me was too short and too wide. The sides can be cut but nothing we can do about it being too short.
They also said it cannot be returned as it was removed from the original packaging, but how else would I see that it's the wrong size, especially considering they market it as a "perfect fit".
I bought a separate underlay from Amazon for cheaper and is the actual size for the rug, not like Kukoons underlay.

I purchased a rug 6 months ago because…
I purchased a rug 6 months ago because I loved the strong colours, however quite quickly it looked faded and worn. I have reached out to customer service but they are saying because it is JUST over 6 months there is nothing they can do. TBH it was looking awful after 3 months I just had not got round to complaining. It is not a heavily used area and I have not even washed it. I am very dissappointed and have wasted my money on the rug.
