Elliot was a fantastic help
Elliot was a fantastic help, my son has had the same dummies since he has been born but recently no shops near me have them stocked. i reached out to tommee tippee and got put through to elliot and he was straight to answering my query. I had bought the prep and go flask set the lid of the cooling flask malfunctioned. Martin at customer service couldn’t have been more helpful in resolving this for me. I couldn’t fault my experience of the Tommee tippee team. I’d highly recommend contacting customer services if you have a problem with any Tommee tippee products.

Contacted TT for cherry day time…
Contacted TT for cherry day time soothers for a child will special needs. They were very prompt, helpful and informative. The product is discontinued they searched to see if any of their retailers had any but to no avail. They are posting me free soothers similar to the ones I require fingers crossed he will like them. Thank you so much TT that’s the only soothers he will take.

I contacted Tommee Tippee to see if they could send me two blue glow in the dark dummies as they are the only colour my son likes and the others make him gip/gag. Although they were unable to just send me two blue ones, they were really helpful and kind towards the situation.
It would be helpful if you sold all colours separately, especially for families with SEND children, however, the customer service I received was brilliant from Beth and Anthony

Super-steam Advanced Electric Steriliser
Poor tray design – not fit for purpose
Very disappointed with the Tommee Tippee Super-steam Advanced Electric Steriliser. The main issue is the poor tray design — the trays are unstable and can drop when opening the steriliser. What is the point of carefully washing and sterilising bottles if the trays can fall onto an unclean surface and compromise the whole process?
I also experienced rapid limescale build-up on the steel plate, despite regular descaling.
I raised these concerns directly with Tommee Tippee support and provided evidence, but unfortunately they were unable to offer me any solution. What is even more frustrating is that these design issues appear to have been addressed in the newer version.
After investing around £300 in Tommee Tippee products, this has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this version and would strongly suggest considering the newer model instead.

We would advise descaling your machine every 1-2 weeks depending on your water quality or at any sign of build up. We recommend using a descaler suitable for stainless steel following manufacturers guidelines or alternatively with distilled white vinegar or a descaling sachet. While limescale build-up is a common occurrence in sterilisers, we understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate the inconvenience it may have caused.
