Travellink scam
Update:
Travellink has still, four months after our requst for a change of date, responder with a valid service. We ordered tickets in februari, paying a fee to ensure flexible dates of the tickets. We first requested a change of date digitally - and at a time where the app quoted a reasonable price for the update. We have had no response from Travellink on this request, what so ever, other than misleading and conflicting standard confirmations on email. Already in april we started to contact Travellink via telephone since we also received an email that the original flight was cancelled. Via telephone, Travellink ensured us that they would requst a change of flight, but months went by and we had no response - though the experience was the same when we spent hours contacting them via phone: starting all over each time, they would request a change of flight with the airline.
In the end we got a price for the requested change, which was now 3-4 four times more than buying new tickets. Of course the price goes up when Travellink does not take action on the request. But this amount is a scam when I can buy new tickets for nothing near it. We then requested and was promised a full refund! This is serveral months ago and we have not had one word from Travellink other than us contacting them again, starting the time consuming conversations over and over again. I last contacted them a week ago and again they would “contact the airline” - what a joke. This Monday I had a confirmation email of my original flight - leaving tomorrow. This is customer service by Travellink - what a dark way to scam ordinary people that work hard to be able to go on a break. The holiday is cancelled and a share my experience on all platforms to make sure I warn other people.
6th of June 2026:
Travellink has kept us in the Dark for a month!
I just don’t know where to start, but this company clearly doesn’t honor the product the customer gets charged for.
The proces of changing the dates on a flexible booking, has turned a long awaited trip into a nightmare. We’ve spent hours and hours on the phone to get through to Travellink and after repeated hours of conversations and promises of action we still - one month later - can get no confirmation of either the original flight or changes. The Travellink app still confirmes a flight we know in the meantime, is cancelled by the airline! In the end we asked for a full refund since Travellink offered a change where the total flight cost would amount to four times the amount of a new booking!! Once again we were promised they would return with an answer within 48 hours. That conversation took place a week ago.
Travellink takes NO responsibility of the products they sell, keeping customers like us in the dark.
The Price came much more higher than in a search when I was in the payment section
Everything feels like a scam. I can't say it here how mad I feel about this
Travelling and e-dreams
I still have not received the confirmation in my email after booked ticket a few days ago.
Complete scam company. Charged for useless ‘prime’ subscription twice over 200euros in annual auto renewing charges!!! We called twice to get refund but still didnt get refund yet. Avoid Travellink at all cost!!
Never buy tickets from them—even if they offer you a “free” ticket. They may take your credit card information, store it, and withdraw money without your consent. When you try to get a refund, you may not be able to because of their terms and conditions. Be aware of this fraud.
1. Sometimes you refer flight changes to the airline and when we contact the airline, they refer you back and it's a frustrating cycle. 2. I once bought additional insurance from you for a rental car but the rental company wouldn't accept it and I had to pay again there. 3. Give better discounts for those who buy from you more than once a year. 4. Sometimes the price increases on the second review even if it's less than an hour away.
There was no information about no hand luggage. Now my ticket doesn't include handluggage. Only a small package. This is important for me, because I have items which can not be set on checked bag and small package is too small.
This company uses a subscription model (travellink prime) that is not cancellable. They sell it with the ticket for "free" and then it is not possible to cancel on the site or app. Also they do not answer on mail or chat.
Very bad airline dont buy from them they steal your money 3000kr they stole from me is fake dont buy your tickets from them DONT
Travellink has many good prices, but the service and process are incredibly bad. As Trustpilot shows, 48% give the company one star or less. Maybe Travellink should improve something.
This was my first time buying from Travellink, and it might also be the last, as it felt like I could be the agent myself with all the work I put into it.
Problems that frustrated me.
First problem:
The app doesn’t update when you’re transferred to another booking, and you have to check the specific airline. It just makes the app useless, and you can’t even “check in” online in the app.
Second problem:
The agent wants me to contact the airline because my booking was locked. As I thought, wasn’t that the agent’s job? Why is the customer responsible for this?
