Appalling customer service. Appalling quality. Husband ordered some earrings from the kiddies for me for Christmas. Wore them once and the ball came off the pin. Called them but they avoided the fact that they were broken and poor quality. Eventually they agreed to ya sending them back for repair. Sent back for repair and have heard nothing since. When we call them for an update no one knows and we get passed to leave a message or told someone will call us but they never do. 4 months on and still nothing!

I ordered my daughters earrings in January 2020 and I still haven't received them, they cost over £20. Her birthday in February has been and gone, not happy Debbie

Ordered a pair of Bon Bon earrings as a gift. Earrings were lovely but a little disappointed in the presentation. They arrived in a velvet pouch but I would have been happy to pay for a gift box if the option had been available,

Ordering was easy and received earrings quickly but the amethyst stones were quite pale and not very noticeable, the website show them as being quite a deep rich purple but that is not the case, I bought these as a treat for my 50th birthday and feel a bit disappointed

Love the rings very sparkly and bigger stones than expected. Great service came very quick as I ordered them between Christmas and New year already looking for something else to order 💖

The items themselves were good quality but the delivery was not good I ordered them on 48 hour delivery and got them over a week later only because I called to find out what was going on no contact from the company at all didn’t even call back when they said they would just to let me know good stock the earrings were what I wanted but delivery could be better just to let me know what was going on and why it took so long thought I had ordered from a moody website when I hadn’t received them for so long

This company is excellent fast reliable and true to there word. The website or me made a mistake and they corrected it in hours refunding me the money I was owed not many would do that. When my package arrived safe, well wrapped and protected there was a ten pound voucher in it which I wasent expecting for any further purchases and it was taken off my next purchase no gimmicks it was true so got another great offer. Great company will be ordering more in the future

Zero customer service. Trying to source a couple of items for my wife's Christmas present but after sending multiple emails I'm just ignored.

I would have awarded 5 stars as the service was good, however I was horrified by the size of the packaging for two small pairs of earrings. Save the planet ? !!
