Ich habe mich für ein kurzes Testangebot angemeldet und leider vergessen, rechtzeitig zu kündigen. Obwohl ich den Dienst danach kein einziges Mal genutzt habe, wird man sofort in ein extrem teures Jahresabo für über 150 Euro gedrängt. Das Geschäftsmodell basiert offensichtlich darauf, die Vergesslichkeit von Kunden schamlos auszunutzen. Zu allem Überfluss wird sofort ein Inkassobüro (atriga) eingeschaltet, um horrenden Druck aufzubauen. Absolut unfaires und kundenunfreundliches Verhalten. Ich kann nur jedem raten: Finger weg von UseNeXT!

I signed up for a short trial offer and, unfortunately, forgot to cancel in time. Although I haven’t used the service once since then, you’re immediately pressured into an extremely expensive annual subscription costing over 150 euros. The business model is clearly based on shamelessly exploiting customers’ forgetfulness. To make matters worse, a debt collection agency (atriga) is brought in straight away to pile on the pressure. This is absolutely unfair and customer-unfriendly behaviour. I can only advise everyone: steer clear of UseNeXT!

One year subscription is worth the price. If you don’t actively quit the contract you are trapped for one year by a single in advance payment.

I have been using USENEXT for more than 10 years, and I am still very satisfied with the service. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and always works as promised.

Unable to cancel on website I signed up on. This is in violation of US Law in Cailfornia. I cancelled the Paypal billing agreement. Every other company takes this as a cancellation since they can no longer legal bill you. UseNext continued to try to charge me so I filled out their form on receipt of their invoice and requested cancellation officially the same day I was invoiced. They agreed and said they would send the cancellation notice but never did. They continue to try to get payment on their invoice and threaten legal or debt collection practices.

Efficient service with goood support.

USENEXT is still fast, well organized and easy to use. I find it indispensable for E-books. I was disappointed when Tangysoft wouldn't download onto my Windows 11 machine, but I've had a decent experience with Momentum as a newsreader.

More books in english would be nice and would give a higher rating. The site works well, downloading is easy

I have really enjoyed my experience with USENEXT.
I can't seem to renew my membership.

Almost always works smoothly. Not sure if it's my imagination but occasionally feels like there are fewer choices in English than there used to be if I am looking for old TV episodes of shows originally made in the English language. But having said that I am generally very happy with how well it works.
