Nine days since the prescription was uploaded and still no sign of medication and no communication from vet uk other than a “How did we do?” Email !!!
Now being told that my vet only uploaded it yesterday which is not the case! They showed me the email and the exact stone it was sent off yo vet uk,

An order for prescription medication cannot move until we receive the prescription. Rest assured, this will now process as soon as possible. I am sorry for any disappointment caused.
