Faulty product description and declaration
I bought a necklace online for my wife’s birthday. The product description stated that it included one main 0.25 ct diamond and two secondary 0.01 ct diamonds. The declaration I received with the necklace stated the same.
However, I later found out that the necklace is actually designed with one main diamond and only one secondary diamond. So the issue was not a faulty product or a missing stone, but that the product description and declaration were incorrect.
After spending my own time looking into it, checking the details, and validating the issue, I went back to the shop to find a solution. I was offered either a return or a corrected declaration. Since there was nothing else I wanted to choose instead of the necklace, and because my wife’s birthday was coming up soon, I decided to accept the corrected declaration.
What disappointed me most was the lack of customer care. There was not a single apology, nor any offer to compensate me for the time and effort I had to spend identifying the issue, validating it, and going back to have it fixed. I do not believe this was my mistake, yet I was the one who had to spend my own time resolving it.
Overall, quite a disappointing experience.

We ordered a children's watch. The delivery was fast and the watch itself is great. But they promised sturdy good quality such that kids can wear the watch while playing and within a few days' use the straps were completely worn, with many threads coming loose. So this has been a disappointment.
