Never seen worse in my life website has been a absolute joke! So slow, doesn’t work for half of my customers! And had to go elsewhere to get it fixed because they kept telling me it was working when it’s not! Never will go back to them

went ahead after falling for there pressured sales tactics. 6 month contract paying £390 a month, was promised so much with ranking and did not see no results. They must have contacted me twice over 6 months to provide updates. I was having to chase up every 2-3 weeks for updates. Don't use these useless scammers.

I'm sad to say I was pressure sold this whole thing, even after telling the salesman I wasn't ready.

So after a year, still no further!

They have taken the full amount of money for the completion, ( paid upfront) yet now I have got to the end of my tether and want our web address back, we have no one to contact, as the last email we got simply read " i dont work here anymore" that was the full mail, and the previous stated I couldn't get any money back as T&C's.

Please save yourself the pain, don't use this company, if I could leave a -5 I would.

Saw the advertisement on Bark to get a website and was hounded by loads of companies until i was approached by Chris to help me and called me on an evening as it was easier for me to deal with it then. I have my website now fully done and can not say this enough about how good they were. They understood my project, my ideas, changed things, added their own spin on the site and everything. I was scared to go out on my own business wise and i feel i've been put so much more at ease with them.
Would 100% recommend and i even told my sister to buy a site with them too. They will be doing my marketing when i get some more custom coming through the site. Excited for the future. Thanks WebCreation!

I am overjoyed at the level of service I have been provided.

From being a total novice I put my trust in WCUK and I was not let down.

The website looks amazing, and the aftercare support was a real cherry on the cake.

My main concern was how to update the site once live, but after an informative 20 mins of online video chat, I was updating my site with new products quicker than a web master!

I contacted WebcreationUK to help create me a online shopping website for my clothing website. I read the reviews but thought lets give them a try as your not going to please everyone. I'm glad I did, the person who talked me through the website and discussed what was best for me was so patient, polite and really made me feel at ease. The developer and project manager were there whenever I needed them and nothing was ever too much for them. The website looks amazing and i'm really proud of it. I'm now appearing on Google very well and getting alot of sales from it, So much in fact I could afford to expand onto facebook and instagram with them and again i've got to take my hat off to them, its working incredibly. The amount of visitors to the website is increasing and so are the sales, more and more infact. Dont be put off by reviews, I wasnt and i'm more than happy to recommend them, in fact I already have, quite a few times now.

Terrible company!
Hounded me for money from the first day where they emailed, phoned, texted, whatsapped and then withheld their number when I didn’t answer.

Then I eventually went ahead with letting them build my website and they outsourced my website to an Indian chap Armel who despite me telling him something roughly 8 times he still couldn’t get it due to his lack of understanding my emails.
I’m the end I just said ok so they can finish the website so then I can hopefully go to someone that knows what they’re doing and get it how I want.
Also took about 7 months so far as well as when they then pass to another outsourced company in Asia that I then asked 5 times regarding my phone number being on my website and that question has still never been answered and there’s no number on my website that I wanted. Other than my mobile which is not want I wanted.
To sum them up, Darren hounds you for the money then they outsource your job to Asia (I’m guessing as they spoke Indian and couldn’t contact you at the times I want) and you definitely don’t get what you want and in the end just give up because they’re so time wasting you’d rather just go elsewhere and lose the money!

This company have recently changed their name to ElevateOM, however at the time this particular incident occurred they were still trading as WebCreationUK, so I feel it's appropriate to post this here.. I had an absolutely terrible experience with WebCreationUK / ElevateOM - I chose to take their Advance SEO package, however, it turned out to be anything but. Misleading initial documentation that promises to use 'relevant websites', build 'quality links' using 'Industry best practices' and provide a 'creation and distribution of content service to video sharing sites such as YouTube, Flickr, Daily Motion all turned out to be complete hogwash... In truth, (by the MD's own admission in an email to me) they provide a 'Grey Hat' SEO proposition, which utilises questionable practices, spurious blogs and links from little known websites, including overseas and foreign language directory sites, to gain whatever small advantage that they can to try and befuddle the unwary. Unfortunately for them, I'm anything but unwary, and when questioned for answers as to what activity had been done to my site since taking out the subscription I was offered a very limited explanation, told that for 'security reasons' I wasn't allowed to be told what articles had allegedly been written or where they had been posted, and when I did my own research, discovered a multitude of links from the aforementioned questionable blog sites and euro directories had been pointed at my website, most of which had subsequently dropped off, and that overall my site had dropped in position quite significantly from where it started. In summary, I would have had a better result if I'd simply set fire to my cash in the back garden instead of giving it to these guys. I would urge you to do your own research before taking up with this company - there are lots of reputable SEO agencies out there who will do a great, transparent and quality job for the SEO on your website - unfortunately, WebCreationUK/ElevateOM aren't one of them..

Terrible! Have a website currently with these and it consistently goes down where potential customers are unable to look at the website and also my office staff are sat unable to work as access to the dashboard is also not possible. Contacted them weekly about issues for the past 4 weeks and just get the same response 'we'll look in to it'. No management available to speak whenever i ring. Certainly will never use again or recommend.

I had been a client of Webcreation for 6 years. Despite various major hiccups encountered surrounding the launch of my website (please refer to my previous review), I was more than satisfied with the 'personal' touch regarding their customer service and easy, flowing communication which resolved all these hiccups.... eventually. I still reflect on the incredible & ridiculous long-winded process they have /one endures through emailing the whole creation of a site to a remote station in India. You need the patience of a Saint and brilliant communication skills to actually reach the end result.
The years which followed ran quite smoothly, & I rarely, if ever, needed any kind of support regarding the admin and general running of my site. I could work things out myself.
However, I always found the hosting fees beyond extortionate - & was bombarded with all the features they provided to justify their fees (which I did not understand).
My site name was registered with NamesCo, who I discovered provided exactly the same hosting with the same 'advanced features' for approximately 80% less in price. An enormous difference.
Over the years, after receiving my yearly invoice demands for the hosting, I responded by requesting a price match, outlining the fact their competitors were offering identical hosting features for a tiny fraction of the price - which I am pleased to say, they honoured.
However, last year, I was bombarded with excuses as to why they could no longer price match and eventually, the person I was corresponding with, agreed to pricematching, but only with the most basic form of hosting - I feel this was only agreed to on the premise that I would redesign my site the following year.
I was so disappointed with the sudden change of service and manner and tone of the correspondence that I reached out to various other employees of Webcreation that I had struck a good relationship with and who told me I could always reach out to if I had a problem of any kind, or magnitude.
I did not receive one reply, not one, despite following up on several occasions.
It is for these reasons that I now give a complete vote of no confidence to WebcreationUK.
Their process of creating a website is beyond comprehension, but now, with the change of customer service and consistent ridiculously hard sell, 'shove technology in the face' approach (which most don't understand ) I would not recommend anyone to embark on launching a site with this company.
I am delighted to say I have built up a good business - not via my website (which I used in the end mostly as a showcase for my look) but via social media, as do most of my colleagues in this industry.
I have all the correspondence to back up this review.
On a final note, I would advise anyone to stay away under all circumstances and do not give this company your hard earned money!

We went to WebCreationUK for support as our old site, which we built was not to a standard we wanted. Frist meetings with them where great sales team very keen to help and promised a great service with help at every step, unlimited changes to design and a project manager for the whole build. We have had the complete opposite to this service. Our communication with our design has been difficult at best, our project manager Amy we spoke to a total of four times and as soon as our invoice was paid she has never replied to any email since. We paid for extra content to be wriiten for our site which had a number of spelling error we had to point our once site was live and have corrected. Our site has been live since October and have lost connection, crashed or had hosting issue since it went live dropping out more then 11 times. It have currently been down for over 3 days this time around with WebCreation advising the site they designed, built and provide security for is to infected to run along with back up files the are meant to keep/ protect. We can not obtain any access to the back end of the siye we have paid for in full and have not been able to do so for over 3 days when trying to call WebCreationUK your not allow to speak with an a tenchian as they don't come to the phone and the people who you do speak with are polite but will provide no update apart from the problem is be looked at, they will provide no time frame for a resolution to the issue and every time you request to speak with a manager the request we be fully ignored.

WebCreationUK have still not provided any explanation as to how the site was infection, allowed us access to the back end of the site we have purchased off them, offered any compensation for the failed build and clear issue with there security which has allowed the site to get infected and no manager has contacted us at any point during these issues

If I could give zero stars I would. They took our money to produce a website that did not work. Shocking customer service, even told me at one point their MD that we have been trying to deal with doesn't work at the company. Never responds to emails and just pass you on to someone else.

Decided to transfer my web page to Web Creation UK. Paid a fee to transfer, however, my internet page has disappeared. When I mailed Web Creation UK, the customer representatives ema bounced back stating that it is unavailable. Their website is owned by a different company. Looks like small claims court to retrieve my costs.

Total Scam! They are helpful up to the point where they get the money from you and then they just ignore you. AVOID!

Again.... as a small business owner I am trying to grow and now for the 2nd time have dealt with a waste of space marketing company...

speaking to Linzi who assured me I've nothing to worry about and they will deal with this and that, to find they just do a generic SEO scan and update products so they don't make sense when they do appear in the search results rendering all the work they've done useless

I was assured I'd get calls helping me to list my products in googles product listings, still has not happened...

I was sent a survey asking me what keywords i'd like them to work on, after speaking to Linzi I told her I don't know what keywords are best as I don't know what customers type in google, she said to just put a few words in and they will do the research then get in touch once the campaign has started... Being busy working I didnt chase this up assuming they were still doing research or something to get a phonecall asking for another £360 for the next month... I didnt even know they started! (I was told I should have checked my emails to see the link they sent to my dashboard and to tell them if anything was wrong, I was never told I had to monitor them working as the whole point is to delegate something to a professional capable of doing the job they are paid for) I was then lead to a page that showed me the keywords they were "working on" and how they ranked, of the 15 keywords only 2 were actually relevant so I told Linzi this is a problem and I feel I've wasted my money, she assured me they'll do another month and add a couple more keywords as a gesture of goodwill and get someone to call me to discuss them before they get to work on them, this did happen and keywords were relevant from there, at this point I chased up the google product listing issue and was assured of a callback that has not happened

after a few days I noticed a few seo areas had been amended and contacted advising they either don't seem to make any sense (as if someone who doesnt have English as a first language has written some of them" or were completely changing what the product actually was, a window fitting kit turned into a sleeper koi pond build, useless... these were never changed and I had to do this myself!

I was called and advised my campaign is doing amazingly and that 1 product is on page 1 of google... I told them it was on page 1 before they even started so this doesnt really reflect anything on my investment with them, the rest had very minor changes which to be fair was all I was expecting.. but it could have been twice as effective if they actually put some effort into understanding my business and the products they were making changes to that made no sense and hindered the chances of someone buying my items.

I've since found SEO software that is much cheaper, just as generic (but I have control over it) and have noticed things improving

I would not bother handing money over to this company, once they've been paid you'll not hear anything until they want paying again I am a very unhappy customer, I emailed these issues over and have had no reply.. so feel free to reply here.

Where do I start..

Well much like others on here I was suckered in by a well-spoken informative sales person and director of the company; Darren Earney. He promised me a ‘e-commerce website that would be built for purpose’.

My purpose was to run a competitions site; Nationwide Competitions.

We agreed on a design and things progressed well. We made our deposit payment and began the coding of the website. I was rubbing my hand together at the prospect of working with WebCreationUK from all the promises they made to me; fully working e-commerce site that ran competitions and took payments. Remember that for later- TOOK PAYMENTS.

We were advised to use TrustPayments as our payment gateway provider by WebCreationUK. So we approached them and began our application.

My application was successful and they began to quality assure the website. Here’s where the major problems began. A fundamental condition of being a competitions company is it has to be a skilled based competition and not a lottery. Naturally the word lottery cannot appear on any part of the website. I informed our developer who assured me the word lottery was removed from all parts of the website. TrustPayments began their underwriting.

Within 30 minutes they found two instances where the word lottery was mentioned on the site. This is despite being assured there was no mention of lottery on the site. Once again I was assured no mention of lottery and went back to TrustPayments. Unbelievably they found more instances of the word lottery on our site. Embarrassing today the least, we almost lost our contract with TrustPayments because of the integrity of our business website.

Eventually the issue was resolved and TrustPayments were happy with the site. Brilliant news. We patiently waited for the payment gateway to be implemented so we could begin taking payments.

Here’s the problem. Our developer based in India cannot seem to develop an e-commerce website capable of taking payments. We paid £1500 for an e-commerce site that, you read it right, DOESNT TAKE PAYMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS.

Essentially the payment flow is wrong on the website. TrustPayments have confirmed this and asked our developer to make amendments to fix the problem. But it doesn’t work. Payments can be taken but you need to put your card details in twice. Clearly not good. Clearly a website error and not a gateway problem. But still WebCreationUK say it’s not their problem.

Asked to be refunded and refused. So gave them piece of mind and allowed them time to amend the site. Still, weeks later, I’m stuck with an incapable website and incompetent overseas developer.

The overseas developer has asked that TrustPayments look at the issue. THIS IS A WEBSITE CODING ISSUE AND NOT A GATEWAY PROBLEM therefore TrustPayments cannot do anything.

I have filed a chargeback with my bank for this. Anyone who tried using the site will clearly see it doesn’t work.

I wish I could upload all my emails and screenshots to show how difficult it is working with this company. The emails from the developer don’t make sense and are in broken English leading to the frustration.

Furthermore the website is slow and clunky. Also the website needed to be live for TrustPayments to complete their assurance. So I had to make my final payment for the site to go live.

Anyone that looks me up on LinkedIn will see I’m an experienced dispute manager in the legal sector; so WebCreationUK I ask that you refund my full £1500 and I will cancel my chargeback at the bank. Failure I will be issuing small claims proceedings.

Once again I ask that the people reading this review take a look at the shambolic website nwcomps . Co . Uk

WebCreationUK will claim that ‘work was done so can’t be refunded’. Imagine a car manufacturer saying this, you pay for your car but it arrives with no wheels. ‘Oh but the car has a roof and windows though’. Or a house without a roof? Shambolic customer service.

Like I said take a look at the site yourself. Try buying a ticket for a raffle and see for yourself how the website flow is at best poor and at worst non compliant with payment services as new customers have to PUT THEIR CARD DETAILS IN TWICE.

WebCreationUK have their own T&Cs that we signed. ‘Support’ section 1.0 clearly states Within a reasonable time period we will look to fix any issues with the website which are not due to a customers doing’.

I was enquiring about SEO for my company but definitely will be staying Way after typing "SEO" into the review search and seeing countless 1 star reviews and absolutely terrible feedback. Every review is replied with an answer that takes no accountability which shows how much of a scam these folks are. You will never get a real website made for cheap and it's all out sourced in India. The SEO is done in the UK but from the reviews it's borderline ineffective. There are many complaining after a full year of SEO of having basically no results whatsoever due to the poor quality of the work. If you need SEO doing you need a fairly large budget and if you have the slightest clue about anything you need to make the SEO team specifically specialises in your industry. Had countless calls back and fourth and due to the absolute abysmal reviews I will be going elsewhere I am not chancing if one bit especially with the non refundable money and having to do a charge back. Not with the risk

A positive experience all round.
I was even guided in areas I didn't think of, such as structure to the website. Services, Testimonials, etc.
Design was fantastic and now I can go into 2022 with a highly professional modern design.
The process was also clean, simple and done within a month.

WebCreation Uk ( Webcreation UK Ltd) and ElavateOM ( Elevate Online Marketing Ltd) are owned by the same person and act together to take money from people to want to build a website. These two companies also have the same phone number for customer service 0800 69 06 009. After the money is taken, it is very difficult to reach them.
Last week, I asked WebCreation Uk how much I should pay for a website. The price is too good, and I accepted. Too good! This was the trap. Immediately, I got a price quotation from ElevateOm and instructions to pay to them. I didn’t realize who they are, and I supposed is a payment service system. After this, they said to give more information and more examples. Monday morning, I sent him an email with more details, and I asked two questions. In email, I specified that on Wednesday, we must have a final conversation before to start, and Wednesday, I have to provide the domain name. On my single day off, we must decide how to build, how to look at my website, and provide the name. In three days, nobody answered my mail and when on the phone was not reachable. In the same evening when I checked the Trust Pilot, I saw another guy in the same situation like me. So, I asked to refund my money because I do not work with them anymore. In the next day everybody was available and contacted me and told me the money was not refundable. But how started if we did not decide the form and the name? After this I got another mail from Customer Service Director, who said the money is not refundable.
So, I had a conversation with WebCreation Uk for a website, but the payment request was from ElevateOM. A kind of scam to complicate things to make it difficult to take money back. WebCreation Uk has Nature Of Business 62012 - Business and domestic software development, exactly what I asked, But the money was taken by ElevateOM with Nature Of Business - 70229 - Management consultancy activities other than financial management. This is a financial scam to have money for Christmas. I go in court with these scammers, and I won’t give up. My phone records automatically any phone conversation, and I can proof by mail and audio that I asked to build WebCreatuin Uk to build a website, not ElevateOm.
So, ElevateOm charged me for a business that they don’t have registered in Company House.
